We ordered gorditas and received pupusas. When we told the lady what we ordered she was arguing with us.
Also, the food is not the same as of a year ago. The quality has gone down and the prices have increased.

So I came here on August 4 2025. They not only didn’t call me to let me know that they ran out of the meat to make my entire order, when I got there and decided to get a plate of plantains only because they didn’t have the meat for my tacos,they took over 30 minutes to make one order! Also they gave me the plantains all undercooked! They are literally raw!!!! It’s sad because I used to love this place but the quality is really bad! The prices also went up. You can’t serve food undercooked and take forever to get an order together when you’ve made all the prices higher. That’s how you run out of business. Sad to say today was the last time I will ever eat anything from there. I will also be contacting the health department! The only reason I’m giving one star is because at least the lady felt bad because I was very upset with the customer service.
