Would give a zero if I could, but that's not an option. Worst service Ive ever experienced at a restaurant in my 51 yrs of being alive!!! Would never eat here again if it was the last place on earth. You might as well cook your own food, pour your own beer and bring your own silverware. Hope this place goes out of business at least another business will have an opportunity in the airport.

My husband and I were waiting for a flight to be called. We observed the African American gentleman working behind the counter making a Spanish customer wait while he was chatting/ sweet talking with other passengers. He took 20 minutes to take their order while other customers behind the Spanish guy were served first.
Those guys left their beers half way as they had to catch their flight. Worst service ever. We really felt bad.

It looked like a neat place to eat. I talked to the one staff person and they said: Fast. We'll find you. Order on the App. Great food.
I ordered and got my water about 10 min in. Soda at 15 min.
Had to leave at 50 min to get my food. Flagged anyone down and they could not figure out where my food was. Asked what it was (if you order on the app, the staff don't know what you ordered or really care) and still couldn't find the food.
I asked about a refund and the staff couldn't or didn't know how. Told me to go to the app. I bought a very expensive Brisket Sandwich and all it was was a coke.
The app requires you to leave a tip and I put 20% because the staff person was so friendly and I thought it was going to be a great experience. Horrible idea because it was a horrible experience.

Service? You are the service.
As in most airport situations, you’re looking for a quick in and out with an option carry out your food, in reasonable packaging, to eat at the gate or on the plane.
No better way to make your row mates jealous than breaking out a brisket sandwich while they are eating horrible sugar filled carbs.
The bad twist with Q bar is you have to no option but to order via QR code with absolute no service pre order. If you don’t have apple pay good luck getting your order in.
The kicker was I had time to do all that and have Apple Pay, but the person to my left and right had a much harder time. In fact, the refused to do a to go order, for a traveler even though there was a stack of to go boxes sitting right in front of us. I almost hate to say my brisket sandwich was good and probably only took 12-15 min to be set in front of me.
But in summary, they get a ⭐️⭐️ (don’t bother) rating. The lack of service, high prices, and general distain for customers is in your face. The only reason it hit ⭐️⭐️ is the the sandwich was average.

Getting a beer from a regular cash/card bar takes about 3 minutes. This QR code menu took up to 10 min for me to order and the waitress to get just two beers. I had to wave the girl serving food to get our beers. Never again. Nice employees, that’s it!!!
The waitress was very rude and not helpful will never come back

Food is far overpriced even for an airport location, service is horrible, had to ask 3 times for food we ordered that they failed to bring, waited over 20 min.

Extremely disappointed in the food size portions. Ordered a BBQ platter and the server gave my food to the wrong person. Was given to my co worker next to me and I couldn’t believe it was min. The ribs were extremely small. The pulled pork was burned and the brisket was chopped not sliced. I will NEVER stop here again if I’m in this airport.

My husband and I sat down for a second at one of the tables. We were greeted by a waitress asking if we had a connection issue. I proceeded to let her know we were just sitting for a minute and unfortunately she told us we needed to leave if we were not ordering. At that point we moved to another location and watched as 3 other people sat without ordering food/drinks and were not confronted. I’m not sure why we were targeted specifically, but would like to warn anyone who is hoping to enjoy the start of a trip on a positive note to avoid this place!

They said they were quick, and they said they were fast. Not accurate...
Told the server my time window until boarding, and he assured me they were fast. Never got my food, never got my beverage. Only when I asked for a refund as I had to go board my flight did they have any interest in me as a customer. I only ever got the welcome in glass of water. So, after paying $50 for a glass of water, including tip. I went and boarded my flight. Never again...
Note: They make you pay up front when ordering. Must be an indication of them knowing how poor their service management is.
Don't forget that most airlines sell snacks and beverages in flight, and they will follow through on their commitment to you.
EDIT/Follow Up: The service provider did provide a refund including the tip.

First of all I detest the QR code ordering system where you have to enter personal information to get a soda or beer.
Second of all the server (black lady with hair to the shoulders) has the worst attitude everrrrr. I told her my QR code wasn’t working after sitting here for 15 minutes, and she acted annoyed that my QR code is t working.
Now she’s just ignoring me (and yes I’m polite and tactful).
This is deplorable service and a heinous system for ordering/paying.

Sat here to eat with my family at 8:50pm on Saturday July 6th, was told that they are actually closed and that I need to get up because I can no longer sit here. It’s was me and my three young children age ranging from 3-7 and my husband who had ran to the restroom and all our bags.
I got up and had to move all our bags plus my 3 year old who was in a stroller.
Me and my family end up walking to another place to eat and sit and were told to go to Qbar that they don’t close till 11PM. I am in shock because I was kicked out with my children at 8:50PM.
I feel very discriminated against because of this and just when I think it can’t be worse once I walk back that way because my gate was next door I see people sitting down at the exact table I was told I had to get up and move from. I took a picture to show the people who are still sitting and allowed to sit at the tables me and my children were told to get up from. It is now 10:30PM.

Bartender was a complete idiot. Eating while working, ignoring customers unless you were a blonde gal with a short skirt. Waited at the bar for 8 minutes, zero acknowledgement. Three people at the bar. All he did was chat with coworkers and made sure the blonde had plenty of red wine. What should I expect from a 40 year old airport bartender. Back to mommas basement dude.

Well, the food was excellent,
Though the front service crew was very disappointing.
Didn't seem to care for us.
Didn't ask us how our day was, if we'd been there before etc.
I say they need more service industry training.
Out of no where, Erick the bartender saved our experience.
Asked us about our day, food drinks.
Even brought us plates for our appetizers.
Erick, big thank you.
The front staff definitely paints the picture for everyone on staff, but I don't blame them all.
As for my tip, it was less then normal.
The basics is all that's needed.

Recommended dishes: Barbecue Platter
Was sold a $33 platter & there was no brisket!
The waitress was very friendly however I had to explain that the pulled pork wasn't brisket...
I was sold chopped chicken & pulled pork and was told this is brisket!!
I'm in disbelief that this could have happened at a Texas BBQ joint...
The manager and waitress were friendly and accommodating.
