The food is always amazing, but every single time I order an extra sauce from this location (even tested it out and ordered a couple) I NEVER GET MY EXTRA SAUCE.. I just moved to Houston by this location and as a former raising canes employee of almost 1 years I am disappointed.. Canes can be good all day but if you don’t have the sauce to go with it then it ruins the entire experience.. I HATE to be the person leaving a review over some sauce, but dang get it together.. I work...
Staff was very friendly and helpful. The line was so long but they were all working together and made the wait time so much less than expected. I went quite late and the girl at the second drive thru window was smiling and was so helpful asking questions and answering my questions. Didn’t make me feel rushed but still being mindful of the line. I wish I would have gotten her name. The whole staff was kind and respectful but she definitely stood out.
One of my favorite fast chicken places. Sometimes I wish they offered more to choose from, but they are consistently fresh, good and quick. The biggest thing I wish is for them to expand their sauces a little. None of us like the Cane sauce. Honey mustard is fine, but I wish they also offered white gravy and BBQ. Otherwise it's our go to when we feel like chicken tenders.
