Messed my order up two different times.

Amazing food and service as always but today I was given a chicken tender that was literally PINKY size. I just find it pretty ridiculous that this is considered 1/6 of my tenders. After today I will definitely be reconsidering going to canes rather than another chicken spot.

I don’t typically go inside fast food establishments since the drive thru is more convenient. But I did go inside this location and I must say, the customer service is wonderful here. I got smiles from the employees and Ms. Row was so kind as the cashier in the front. I was having a rough day and she made me smile.

Raising Canes has good chicken and a big fan of their sause! During lunch is quite busy but service was good. They have self serve soda machine and their ice is small crushed ice like the ones the hospital gives you. The only negative is the booth seats are soo low that its uncomfortable to eat as the table is chest height.

Hair found in food. Cashier and general manager refuse to give a refund, despite no food being eaten and hair found. $18 wasted on poorly prepared food and subpar customer service. Overpriced for the nasty food prepared.
