Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

When asked for confirmation of what I had ordered through drive thru, food handler attendant asked if it had to be the way I asked. Got rude and said they they were to busy to correct it and then turned around slammed the window and brought back the order the way I wanted and practically threw it at me and rolled her eyes. I will not be coming back. And I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND this location.

Atmosphere? Music was so loud, hearing protection wouldn't do any good!

The food was COLD! I was shocked because I've never experienced this with CANE'S. I will not go back to that location ever. My go to's are on South Main and Pearland. I will stick to where I know the food is hot and fresh. Sad, sad place on 45 and Woodridge!! How could you all let the food leave that drive thru like that! Fries cold, chicken cold and soggy and the cold slaw didn't have any ( NONE ) sauce in it! Hope y'all get your act together soon

This place has really gone downhill. DO NOT GO HERE during late shift!! The food is always undercooked, ordered two caniac combos and a sandwich combo. The sandwich didn’t even have lettuce, as for the caniac combos they didn’t have coleslaw nor was told they didn’t have any. Would’ve been better off going to chik fil a since it’s right next door for the price that I paid. Really disappointing.

They told me to line up as if I was going to order through the window. It was a black person, it had to be. Maybe because I look Hispanic, that's why he did it. I don't think it's fair.

Parking: The parking lot was full and ordering through the window was also full, an endless wait.
