Can you guys please keep the lobby hours open for longer? Cars are wrapped around the building in a very small parking lot. Houston is 4th largest city in the USA & there is no where to sit down to eat after 11pm?!?!? At least consider extending to 12:30am

I recently had a very disappointing experience at Raising Cane’s located at 7009 Gulf Fwy, Houston, TX 77087 on Tuesday, 06/07/26. The first issue occurred around 12:26 a.m., followed by additional problems around 1:30 a.m. and again at 2:30 a.m.
My order was a Box Combo with sweet tea, no coleslaw, extra fries, everything crispy, plus an extra Cane’s sauce that I was charged for. Unfortunately, the employee who took my order, Arly, was extremely rude and handed me my food without even checking if the order was correct. What makes this more frustrating is that it was a very slow night, so there was no reason for so many mistakes to happen.
When I got home and opened my food, it was just a regular Box Combo and not what I ordered at all. Luckily, I don’t live far from Raising Cane’s, so I drove back to get the issue fixed. I spoke with the manager on duty, Juan, who honestly seemed clueless about the situation. I explained that my order had already been made wrong once, yet after trusting him to fix it, the order was made incorrectly a second time.
At that point, it became a complete waste of my time and money having to drive back twice for the same issue. I ended up not even eating the food because it was ridiculous to have my order messed up twice in a row. The craziest part is that the restaurant was not busy at all. Employees, cooks, and even managers were walking around acting like they didn’t care.
What upset me the most was Juan’s insincere apology and his attitude about the situation. He simply said that “mistakes happen,” but this is not the first time Raising Cane’s employees have messed up orders. I understand people get tired and want to go home after work, but working in the fast-food industry still requires effort and customer service.
I just hope management takes this seriously, improves employee accountability, and gets things under control so this does not happen to other customers in the future.

False advertisement / if you are not going to honor your offers, don't lie to our children in their schools. I went and they didn't make me this flyer valid

Closing the dining room at 11pm.
Hours are ment to keep the doors open till 3am.
If the manager does not like the hours let someone else take his job
