This was my first time here. My high schooler loves it so I gave it a shot. The kid working the register was great. Told me his favorite two things so I went with the box combo. The tenders were hot and fresh. Fries hot and fresh. The bread perfect. Even the cole slaw was great. Three disco balls in the dining room! Great tunes while we were there. $12 per person or so. Will return.

Last two times I went the chicken fingers were tiny on all three of our orders. Not at all what I remember Canes being when I lived in Lafayette. Prices are too high for these portions to be this small. I just feel ripped off.

If I could give this location a 10 ⭐️ on every metric I would. My son and I have been coming to this Raising Canes just about daily for the last few months. I spoke with the Manager today to share how happy this location makes my son and I. The atmosphere is clean, the food is on point and the employees are incredibly kind. Ethan helped us today and he was so great to us. The managers name is Cole and we talked for about 5-10 minutes. We spoke about his staff and how great they are. People like this deserve their shoutouts. Give this location and try and leave a good review if you experience what we do. THANK YOU

Canes is good but the prices are getting too high

There was an issue where there was 0 cane sauce provided with my order of 25 tenders. It was upsetting because I had asked the employee to verify it was packed in my order. I called the store and the manager, Cole, was so kind, understanding and immediately found a solution via gift cards for my next visit. I’m so pleased with this customer service. I appreciate the professionalism and will visit this location again!!

Took my nephews here who were visiting from Canada. Out of all their food treks / good ol canes was their top 3 - it was their last meal before getting back on a plane ! Lol you can see in the photo - they TAXED their Kaniac combos !
