Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Dude in this economy it’s just offensive to give such small chicken fingers. I’m disappointed they are participating in shrink-flation. $24 for two box combos and all of our strips are very small. Put next to a French fry for reference.

This place has been my go-to spot, but yesterday's pickup order fell short. The chicken was stale, lacked flavor, and had a hair in it. That's a deal-breaker for me. I'm sad to say I won't be ordering from here again.

Raising Canes, never fails! Ans this particular location has a young guy, very kind and helpful, made you feel welcome.

Chicken Chicken Chicken 😆 The food was mid but the young guy who was working drive through Sunday night around 11 PM made me genuinely laugh. I didn’t know they said those things when you pull up but we had a good chuckle and he has a solid attitude. Not something you see out of most fast food/drive through workers. Appreciate you homie!

The chicken at Raising Cane’s is delicious—in fact, it’s my favorite place to eat. However, I decided to have dinner there today, and the service was very disappointing. I was showing the employee the combo I wanted on my phone, and the woman who served me was quite rude. She told me she didn’t need to see the phone and spoke to me very brusquely. I hope she was just having a bad day, because I always enjoy their food.

Food was absolutely TERRIBLE. SMALL PORTIONS, FOOD WAS COLD, FRIES WERE BARELY COOKED AND TOAST WASN'T COOKED AT ALL. I'd give the food zero stars if possible. One star rating represents food quality. FIRE THE COOK!

Bad service, make sure you check your order before leaving the place, ordered 25 pieces on a very slow day and only got 15 pieces.

Undercooked fries & week-old tasting stale bread. This location was a disappointment.

I tried to order but the worker cut me off and just told me the total and didn’t let me finish ordering my food. I also asked for extra canes sauce and add butter on my bread but didn’t receive any of the things I asked for.
