Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

The food is excellent as always, the franchise, however, the customer service is pathetic, they close the lobby at 11 without warning, they almost took us out with the food in our hands, they do not give refills of lemonade drink, they asked us to pay for it again, I will not return to this place 👎🏻

Every time i buy a meals on this location cashier asked if it’s to go or dine in.. I always said dine in and should be on the plate her responsed is they are out plate and I counted the people who are eating in the plates and only 7 of those … meaning they don’t have more than 7 plates on a occupancy of 97 really?

I ordered some potatoes to eat at the store and they put them to take away... they also gave me the potatoes counted, I just wasted my money 👎🏼

Check ur order before you pay or leave because this is the second time they have charged me extra for something i never ordered. I made the mistake of not checking after the first time. Very dissapointed.

The girl on the speaker was so rude and the guy in the drive thur as well! He took my phone and closed the window then proceeded to give me my drink and when I asked for my phone back he got mad and said that the payment had to be done before I get my phone back. Then gave me my phone back and closed the door after waiting a while we had to get his attention and he was like are y’all gonna move we have a line but I still had not got my food yet. The receipt says the cashier‘s name is Anthony.

I ordered then then a cop wearing headphones kicked me out questioning how i got in when i walked in through the front door. i was told to go to the very long drive thru line.

Counting this as a chicken strip is not ok.

If I could give a negative or half star I would service was rude, food cold, serving of food was trash I ordered the canic combo and payed for it and got a box combo. Fries serving was like they just grabbed a hand full with their hands and thru it in the box
