Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

I've been to this location on westhiemer 3 times in the last 3 years, and not once have I ever received what I paid for on the 1st try.

HORRIBLE. Walked in and there was food and trash all over the floors, my sandals were sticking to it and not a single table was clean. Then instead of helping my son three employees were standing at the counter talking and one was picking her nails 🤢 our food sat in the window for several minutes leaving the fries like warm at best.

I want to commend Elizabeth for giving my pet and I exceptional service at the drive thru. It is very rare to get service with a smile these days. It was almost midnight and she was still in great spirits! Great job! Definitely will be back!

Stephen the manager at this location is the most authentic and professional manager I’ve met. Used to work in food and guys like Stephen are priceless. Thank you so much for making my day.

Excellent service

This one star rating it is to get the managements attention. Please read my review with open mind. At 2:07pm today Jun 14th of 2015.
I walked in to the store and whatever I see I lost my appetite to dining argue my business to this place. Right by the drink station there is a round corner booth. One of the team member and her girlfriend openly hugging and kissing and being inappropriate and where there's other customers are sitting with the kids. It doesn't matter if you are on break or in your day off if you are wearing the company t-shirt and hats it miss your representing the company. People doesn't know that if you're on break. So please go and check your camera to the management and fix these issues.
I forgot to mention one more thing that after working out from the store I was just feeling bad and I decide to bring it to the management attention so at 1:12 p.m. I called the store and there's a young lady picked up the phone identify herself as the manager and three times I asked her for her name she refused to give me her name and her attitude and behaviors was rude and ugly. Once I explained to her but why did I walked out from the store she defended her employee and told me that the person was of the clock I tried to make her understand that even the employees are of the clock they are not supposed to be doing such a thing while they're wearing companies uniform. I told her that I always come over there and bring my kids and I didn't feel comfortable and she told me if I want I can call the corporate and then she hung up on me. I think that person should go through the management training.
