I ordered a drink along with food and also tipped the performers. However, I was charged a 15.00 show fee along with a 20% service charge on top of my food purchase. - These fees were not displayed anywhere when the reservation was made. I've been to other drag brunches and I've never been charged a fee, as long as I ordered food.
Disappointed bc i tipped a lot and we got there the waitress took 4 trips before we got our silverware which was after the food was brought to the table and she took it upon her self to try and keep the cash in the receipt wallet and put the whole charge on my card
Not overly surprised by the charge for the show - but not really clearly advised up front about it. The crawfish eggrolls were very good. The gayumbo was good. The 3 egg tacos were very good. The briscuit pasta had zero flavor and was not really edible. The mimosas were good. The show was good, but overall, maybe not value for the money spent. For sure it's a good one time experience, but not sure about a repeat.

Amazing shows every weekend. They got a new chef and new food items on the menu. Perfect place to brunch on Sunday funday for sure. Also the service is amazing they really do go out their way.

I'd rate this establishment at 4.5 stars, but I've rounded it up to five stars for this review. The cuisine exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere was both pleasant and lively. Even with the restaurant bustling, partly due to a Selena tribute event, the service team remained prompt and observant.The garlic parmesan fries were irresistible—I couldn't stop eating them, even after they had cooled down. The cleanliness of the venue, coupled with enjoyable entertainment, made my visit worthwhile. Well done, Rich's.

We went for a burlesque show and I wish there would have been more people in the audience for the performers, it was a great experience. Great service, food was tasty. Will definitely be back.

I so badly want to like this place, but it's always empty. Makes me sad cause I know the owner sank a lot of money and time into it.I'll leave 5 stars in hopes it changes for the better soon.

The revamped style and ambiance in Rich's is so amazing. Love the decor and vibe of the entire place, inside and outside. We went for drag brunch and the new menu was honestly great. Everything was cooked well and flavorful. The drinks were good, including the frozen mimosas and espresso martinis. The service was a little slow, but our waiter was so attentive and kind. The drag performance itself was not the best - the host Kofi had a little trouble keeping us engaged. Some of the performances were great and engaging! But overall there's room for improvement.

Went here for a Friend's Birthday Brunch. Overall, was satisfied how good the food was. Although the entertainer that we thought was going to to be there wasn't, we still had a good time and the food was delicious. Service was a bit slow at times, but the staff kept reassuring our food was being prepared and served fresh to us.

This was my second time at Rich's for the Sunday Service drag brunch and once again my partner and I left so satisfied! The attention to customer service in this establishment is unmatched. From the moment we are greeted to the moment we get our food, it is full on positivity all around. The entertainment is also to die for! The queens and the DJs really give it their all and you can feel it. Reminder: tip your queens and bartenders! Lastly, the delicious cherry on top is the food!!! The menu is so tasty- would recommend the taco trio and the jambalaya balls. Their drink menu is amazing too!! Overall, loved it and will definitely be coming back!

My partner and I came here for the Sunday Service drag brunch and could not be happier. From the get-go, the front door staff member greeted us with a huge smile and walked us over to our table promptly. Our server was outstanding. We were helped right away and our orders came out so fast and everything was DELICIOUS. Would HIGHLY recommend the Bread and Pastry Platter, the Taco Trio and the Chicken and Waffles. The very sweet cherry on top were the drag performers. Each of them performed so well even though it was early in the day. I have so much respect for each cast member and they really turn it out! Overall, we had a great time and would HIGHLY recommend. We can't wait to come back to celebrate our anniversary.

This was my first time going to Rich's Houston. The Wait Service was very good and the food was outstanding. I will be going back especially for that delicious Meatballs Parmigana. GREAT FOOD CHEF DIEGO CHIARELLO!

It's an amazingly nice venue. They have their own parking lot too. I was surprised at how low the price is to get a dinner there. The food was top quality and hearty portions. Now, their alcoholic beverages seem pricey, so I guess that's where they make up some of the difference. We saw their Saturday Burlesque show. I was really impressed when the second performer sang for real. Overall it was an incredibly positive experience. We intend to go back and have recommended the place to others.
