I'd rate this establishment at 4.5 stars, but I've rounded it up to five stars for this review. The cuisine exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere was both pleasant and lively. I so badly want to like this place, but it's always empty. Makes me sad cause I know the owner sank a lot of money and time into it.I'll leave 5 stars in hopes it changes for the better soon.
