La comida decente vale la pena, el servicio pésimo específicamente de una señorita con un mechón de pelo color rosa, no te hace caso solo está parada haciendo getas parece que le pagarán para eso y otro chavo delgado el cual de tanto que se movía terminaba por hacer nada, está mejor el servicio en la marmota y la comida es muy similar

Hoy nos llevamos una pésima experiencia nuestra mesera todo el tiempo estuvo con su novio del área donde salen los alimentos todo el tiempo estuvo pegada ahí plática y acariciándose mientras tratábamos de hablarle otros chicos tomaban nuestras órdenes pero tardaban más de 20 minutos era una chica con cabello rosa en la sucursal de Querétaro Plaza Constituyentes y su actitud pesima preferimos retirarnos

This was the worst delivery order I have ever received! Just received Door Dash from them in which the prices were INFLATED! Paid $25 for 10 burnt, cooked in old grease, no FLAVOR at all, with 8 cold waffle fries! I asked for a sprite and received a HOT can of coke! No napkins, no ketchup, just nothing! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!

Order was wrong, DoorDash gave me someone else order by then everything was cold. I took it back and they were excellent customer service! Fixed everything . I’m very satisfied, nice save by the employees!!!!!

This place is terrible. Tired uber eating, made me wait over an hour for the delivery because they kept delaying it and then proceeded to give me the wrong order. Do not give them any business. Extremely unprofessional.

I honestly don’t even know how these people are still in business, I ordered through Uber eats..boneless wings they gave me hard over cooked chicken strips with no flavor. The fries were cold and hard..and again with NO FLAVOR! Save your money and go elsewhere, they are way too over priced to be selling the quality of food they sell.

Yo! Don’t ever get food from this place bro. They didn’t give me ANY fries for either of the 3 meals I ordered. They didn’t sauce my wings and on top of that gave me the wrong sauce. The food is so flavorless. I want to throw it away but I decided to give it to a homeless person. But this food is trash for the price. Quickly got my money back and ordered elsewhere, I suggest you do the same.

I had 3 Uber Eats drivers leave because the restaurant was “preparing my order” for 50 minutes. It’s 12 wings and fries. Order was cancelled, I’m still hungry. Don’t waste your time on this restaurant.
Took forever to prepare food, didn’t include the fries, they got dipping sauce and tossed sauce switched, didn’t include the extra sauce I paid for… overall just a really bad experience
