Don’t expect this place to look anything like the photos. It’s run down and none of the cool esthetic is still there. The food was over priced. One of us ordered a burger plain. You could see where they accidentally put mayo on the bun and then scraped it off. I ordered the bbq burger and it came with 1/2 teaspoon of bbq sauce. Meat tasted like frozen patty from Sam’s club. No fountain drinks. 5.00 for a can coke. Bartender is also the waiter. His attitude was like dealing with a human Garfield. I busted my own table and brought it to the bar. Even if you are exhausted from travel, go somewhere else.

Nice hotel bar, parking is a little challenging. Nicely priced drinks. Closes at 10pm so not much traffic other than hotel guests. Great service by Tina.

Absolute worst service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve never left a review in my life but I’m taking the time so you don’t waste yours. Go somewhere else. Took an hour to get a burger and beer. And the fries were cold.

Has a decent atmosphere, but the food is ridiculously expensive for what you're getting, and the bartender does an extremely poor job of checking in with clients. There were 4 total couples there and we ended up having to flag down the barback because the bartender practically ignored us after giving us menus.

After a long drive headed home from the beach. Wife and I had a great stop for a beverage of our choice and good bar grub. Perfect night cap.

I had some kind of alleged mexican dish. It was definitely some of the worst food I have ever had. Until they get a cook that knows how to cook I would definitely avoid this place.

So we didn't get to eat here as we planned due to the cooks not being at work, not sure where all their cooks were but one employee did recommend some other restaurants to dine at around the area but definitely inconvenient at the time but we appreciated the recommendations.

Was a bit weary about eating here based off some of the reviews...SO GLAD I DIDNT PAY ATTENTION! We stayed at Hotel Derek for two nights so we visited both during dinner as well as breakfast. Food was great! Service was even better! Tia was our server for Both nights. The first night we had Crabcakes, Cobb Salad and Lemon Pepper wings. Second night was drinks and light appitizzers that were being handed out. Lamb chop popsicle and pate. Morning time we had the honor to be served by Darius. We had the French toast with sausage links one morning and the next we had the heuvos rancheros and the Derek breakfast. Rico makes a mean cappuccino! We will definitely be back!
