We had a great time dining at Roma. We sat outside on the patio and it was the perfect night to do so. Our server had wonderful recommendations and the service from all of the staff was incredible! Can't wait to go back. Highly recommend the pastas and the cocktail menu just released this week-delish. A must try homey and authentic Italian spot.

First visit to this restaurant. Attentive service. Nice menu with a varitey of food. Interesting wine menu: all Italian wines. Food was delicious. Generous serving size. We plan to return when back in the Houston area.

I had food allergies, and they were extremely rude and standoff-ish when I asked them to accommodate for me. This was after I had called them in advance and asked if they could accommodate my allergies. Won’t be coming back here again.

Went here with a buddy after a baseball game. Atmosphere was amazing and so was the service. Tried a wine recommended by the server and it was great. Unfortunately the food was extremely salty, not sure if it was just a 1 time occurrence but we overheard other customers stating the same thing. Good place overall but maybe just an off night.

First time here tonight for dinner. The restaurant itself felt warm, cozy, and homey. We loved the intimate small vibe!Michael was our waiter and he was great. He went in depth about the dishes and suggested some great picks. My Husband loved the wine he suggested! The food was great too. Loved the oil that came with the bread basket and the focaccia was delicious! We ordered the ceasar salad, pesto orecchiette, cacio e pepe, and the squid ink pasta. The ceasar was great only thing I wished it was cut up for me instead of the whole leaf. :)The pesto orecchiette was wonderful, not too salty either which I loved since I find most pesto too salty. The cacio e pepe was served tableside and was so creamy and cooked to perfection.Husband loved the squid ink pasta, and the seafood that came with it was plentiful and delicious. All in all, amazing service, and everything we ordered was cooked perfectly, good portion sizes, and very enjoyable. We will definitely be returning!

This is a cozy and rustic small restaurant. The service is as good as any I gave experienced. The food was to die for. Large helpings and a very reasonable price. Lower than almost all the Houston restaurants I have been too. I've eaten there twice and will go back again. Going to be one of my favorite spots.

If you come here and you are under 30 or a person of color look forward to getting horrible service and a passive aggressive waiter! We had multiple dishes be switched up or rung up wrong . Our appetizers came at the same time as main plates and we didn’t receive a menu or bread for an entire hour (I clocked the time). For a restaurant that seems to pride themselves on their service, it was laughable how terribly we were treated. In fact, the entire atmosphere was incredibly unwelcoming. We did not have waiters come to us to check if we needed anything , instead we had to get up ourselves for assistance.Out of the 12 group party, the majority did not enjoy their dish.Gross display of profiling and incompetence.Watch out all Rice Students of the future.

The service was extraordinarily friendly, the wine list was well Developed, the pasta was all freshly made and the entrees were equally outstanding. We had the salmon and the veal shank, delicious

Amazing. I cannot say enough good things about our dinner. The meatball appetizer was out of this world. The service was top notch. Definitely our favorite Italian restaurant in Houston.

Food was generally good, though the lemon chicken my brother ordered was tough. My wife was offered asparagus instead of cabbage with her salmon, but it came with cabbage. The asparagus didn't come until she had nearly finished the salmon and they charged extra for it. I ordered a second glass of wine with the cacio e pepe- which was very good - but the wine did not come until after I had finished the pasta. They took the wine back, but charged me for it anyway.
