Taste of the food is just simply normal, I am expecting price to be higher consider it’s a restaurant in the hotel, however the level of taste of the food is just simply normal and not worth to come. Server has stopped by like once during whole dining, no smile no welcome, just generally don’t care…and they charge 20% mandatory tips, which kinda explained why. would rather go to McDonald.

Service not so much. Maybe it was just my waitress... Ordered an appetizer and it came wrong. I pointed it out, but the waitress argued with me. I was wrong. Didn't take it off my bill. I paid and left. FYI this restaurant auto charges a 20% gratuity even for one person. Sad considering my experience.

We checked in late at night and went down to Rouse Craft Cooking for dinner. The food itself was genuinely good, flavorful, fresh, and much better than what I expected at that hour. But the place didn’t feel cared for. The floor was sticky, and our table still had coffee drops from the previous guests. The menu was also very limited, which takes away from the experience in a hotel that carries a 4-star label. We tried breakfast the next morning and had the same impression. Again, limited options, more like a basic setup than a proper 4-star breakfast. I didn’t even see juice available in a dispenser, and it looked like fresh juices were listed separately for an extra charge on top of the breakfast price. Good kitchen, weak presentation and service. If they tighten up cleanliness and expand the choices, the place could be much better.

Happy hour discounts aren't great but the food is so it's worth the trip. Have the empanadas and Brussels, you won't regret it.

This is establishment is slow as hell. It was my first time here, and upon getting out of the elevator, there are about 10 kids, yelling and screaming, running around, almost running into me and forcing the door entrance to the place closed so the other kids can’t get in; I sit there and wait for their shenanigans to end And then when I do sit down, I’m there for what seems like 20 minutes, with no acknowledgment from the wait staff, no acknowledgment from the bartender. So then, as I got up, the guy on the side of me looked at me knowing exactly why I got up, because literally no service. Then I go outside to get in my vehicle I drive through the gate And of course parking, cost $12.99, and I was literally there for less than 20 minutes. I do not recommend this place at all, go to grand Lux down the street.

We came in for lunch, there was not a single person in the restaurant. We stood and waited for almost 10 minutes for a server/hostess and finally a manager came from the front desk to go to the back to find someone. A young girl came out and dropped menus at our table without communicating. Another server came and took our orders. We waited almost 40 minutes for an appy (tortilla chips and hummus), a chicken Caesar salad and sandwich. In that time, another patron came and sat for 10 minutes and left. The server did not come back out. The food was mediocre at best, water was never refilled - which was all I was drinking. We asked for our bill when we saw the server part way through our meal knowing it would take awhile before we saw them again. Terrible service. Took forever considering we were the only two people in the restaurant. And food was tasteless. Unfortunate for a beautiful atmosphere. They also have a sneaky little service charge which when asked about was a tip of 15% that is automatically charged. So although we usually start our tipping at 20%, this service would have maybe got 10% but we had no choice but to top more than willing or deserved.
