Total waste of money! I ordered shrimp scampi and ended up with dry noodles and a few shrimp. Do not recommend!

I live around the corner and called ahead to place my order and waited the estimated time before coming down for pick up. We were told it would be up in a second and were asked to wait outside (we weren't dressed to fit the vibe so I understood and did not take offense). After waiting 10-15 minutes we were told our order was given to a table but “at least we’d know it’s fresh”…. The point of ordering in is for something quick and convenient. After having to deal with the snottiness of the service lady and waiting so long we will definitely not be coming back. Food was decent but I’ll stick to the better service and firebrick at On The Kirb.

The supervisor was very disrespectful and didn’t want to listen to our complaint which was the food came before the plates and forks and also didnt take our order for beverages.

The pizza was great, but the experience was soured by the waitress/cashier’s attitude. She was rude from the moment we arrived, and it really affected our time there. If customer service isn’t her passion, there are plenty of other career options. Unfortunately, her demeanor made the visit less enjoyable.

Hollie was the most upbeat happy server and manager
on shift . Have been there during day time hours while servers sat around on their phones and ignored us. Will for sure be back when she works. She's a gem to your business. Happy you have her on staff
