I don’t understand why this place is so underrated. Russo’s consistently makes some of the best pizzas in this town.

I ordered food online, waited until the time that the food was supposed to be ready to get there, sat for over 40 minutes in an empty restaurant. I never got my food. I had an emergency come up at home and couldn’t keep waiting. I asked for a refund and was told the food was just then going in.
I did not wait for it.
I would not recommend this restaurant

We always have such a great time at Russo’s New York Pizzeria! The service is always friendly and welcoming, the pizza is delicious, and it’s such a great spot for families. They have high chairs available, which makes it super convenient when dining with little ones. Every time we visit, the food is consistently good, the staff is attentive, and we leave happy. Definitely one of our go-to places for a fun family meal! 🍕❤️👨‍👩‍👦

One of the worst pizza/Italian places I have ever been to. The waitress that first served us was nice and attentive. Second one came and she was blah. I had to get up and ask for Parmesan cheese and chilli flakes. The food was so bland, no flavor whatsoever. Spaghetti sauce was so watered down. Barely taste the sauce from the pizza slice. We came cause we saw it said brick oven pizza. False advertisement! They don't even have one. The pizza slices were already premade and just sitting there in the open air. That's what u get from a franchise restaurant! No thanks!

My wife and I had an amazing experience. We ordered the Italian works and it was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere had a great classic Italian vibe that made for a nice dinner.
We will definitely come back to this location. I would definitely recommend!!
