This location is horrible. Ordered delivery through their website. They apparently outsource their delivery through DoorDash and I ended up missing a whole order of wings. Called the delivery driver and he said that it was everything they gave him when he went to pickup my order. Called and asked if I could at least get my wings refunded and they told me no because it wasn’t through them. Makes no sense when I literally ordered through your website. The lady working there tried to tell me I could pick up my wings. My delivery was already thirty minutes later than the 40 minute time frame I was told for delivery. Shout out to the cook for making me fresh wings while this other woman was going to give me 2 hour old wings. Nothing more embarrassing than hyping up this pizza to family in town just for it to be super cold and have wings missing. Still never got any money back. Never ordering from this location again. Sticking to the midtown location from now on and just picking up.

The food is amazing but they never answer the phone when you call to place an order. So if you want to order to go food, you have to order in person and wait over 20 minutes. If they don't answer their phone, why do they advertise togo ordering and their phone number on their website?

First there was no welcome or host in this place second I had to go to the bar to place my order while my family sat at a table for about 30 minutes before we were even noticed by the way was only one person in the place as a customer second 2 employees walked in one kept saying I dunno nothing finally was able put order in an then fountain drinks didn't work tea tasted like sewer water old taste so guy offered us 2 Dr pepper 2 liters finally pizza came 30 minutes salad came should of been salad first then pizza service was horrible for it been in a location of Houston that looked as a high end of town worse service ever would not recommend better to go to the Webster area one trash trash trash

Ordered a calzone online for pickup at 5:45. Confirmation ail said pick up at 6pm. Got to the restaurant and the food wasn't ready, that's ok I'll wait, was told it would be about 10 minutes it had just been put in the oven.
Left the restaurant at 6:45 with no food after asking again and being told "it's coming, it's coming."
Seems they were probably just short staffed bc there was only 2 workers there. Wasted my money.

I been in this store for the past 10 minutes without anyone attending us , I call the phone number they let the phone ring , the guy who have the shirt on was sleeping on the booth , terrible experience! This place shouldn’t be in the heights at all !

Serves was horrible, food was nasty!! The pizza was undercooked. No plates no silverware. This was my worst experience in a pizza restaurant! Short staffed too! Only 2 people running the place

I ordered take out. The spaghetti bolognese was awful. Tasted like cardboard. The garlic knots were fine. However, the marinara sauce was placed in the box upside down and the cap melted off, so when I picked it up it spilt out. The order also came with three plastic utensils. This is so wasteful, I didn’t need any of them.
