Ruth's Chris Steak House

I had a business dinner with 6 people. The service was very slow. I was waiting for 2 beers for about 20 minutes. Had to go to the bar to see what the delay was. The brand I ordered wasn't cold so there was a delay but the server should have asked me if I wanted a different beer. My steak was overcooked. I had to send it back. Overall I was unsatisfied with a restaurant that I am a regular. Very disappointing.

Brett and Sergio were a great server team. The manager stopped by to confirm the great service. A great early dinner location. We ate in the bar area.

Servers Stephon was really amazing. Gave me one of the best Mocktails I've ever had and the food was really nice.

Everything and everyone were fantastic.

This place is outstanding If you're looking for a quiet place for a date THIS IS THE PLACE! Very quiet and food good as well.

We had a great time at this location for my bff man's birthday gathering. We had a private dining area that was everything. I definitely would visit this location again for the ambiance.

Listen it was my first time in an establishment like this. Expensive for sure for me and my wife but totally worth it every once and a while.

This was my husband and I first time going to this restaurant. The food was very tasteful and fulfilling. The service was definitely a 100%! We had an amazing waiter who knew the menu and made delicious recommendations. If you ever get a chance to visit please ask for Omid, he gave us the best experience I think I have ever experienced from an upscale restaurant. He was very attentive and friendly. You can tell he truly loves working there and care about his customers. We are definitely going back to experience another romantic evening.

Sadly, we were very disappointed in our trip to Ruth Chris this time. First, the service was incredible!! Our waiter was very attentive to everything!! He was very pleasant and friendly. Made sure we were taken care of. The food, we started with a small seafood tower and the ravioli. They were both delicious. My husband ordered the T-Bone, it was nothing but fat and grizzle. I had an 8 ounce fillet that was ok. The outside was burnt and crispy and dry but the inside was ok. We shared the Lobster Mac and Cheese which was to die for! It was really delicious. Now for the dress code, I remember when they enforced a dress code but not anymore. Short shorts leaving nothing to the imagination, the lady that sat at the table behind ours was show her breasts and at one point she moved and exposed her entire breast. Not something you want to see at a nice restaurant while you're eating. That's just a couple of the things we dealt with. Then during the night I became sick and then this morning my husband became ill. The only thing we ate yesterday was the food we had there, so you make the connection. Very disappointed will not be going back for a very long time if at all.

Bland food, we had to add salt to everythjng to make it edible. They serve your steak on a 500 degree plate which causes your steak to be tough once the plate cools off. Better choices within half a mile. The service was OK, probably better service when not joining a big party.

Latiffah was our waitress and was very friendly and professional. The rest of the staff were also. We had a very good anniversary dinner.

We went to Ruth Chris Steakhouse for our birthdays on Saturday night. We were disappointed to find out that Corporate took off the bone-in-filet. We drove from Austin to Houston, Tx so we could enjoy the filet. The bone-in-filet was the best steak on the menu. We are not sure if we will be coming back since corporate took off the Bone-in-filet. We were also disappointed in the service at Ruth Chris in Houston on Wertheimer. Valet didn’t want to park our car.
