Such a great experience and value! The burgers were very good with excellent toppings, but the reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that I could not appreciate the distinct wagyu texture and flavor. It was not as juicy and rich as most wagyu burgers I've had but the blue cheese/black truffle combo was still excellent. Cocktails were stellar and service outstanding.
My husband and I prefer eating at home whenever possible, but we enjoy taking advantage of Houston Restaurant Weeks for a steak dinner at an incredible price. As usual, we went to three places and ordered filets at all three. Our food and general experience at The Capital Grille was by far the best. The staff was exceptional, and the steak was perfect. From start to finish it was absolutely fantastic. Great service, perfectly cooked delicious steaks, fantastic side dishes and great atmosphere. It's expensive but worth it will definitely be going back. Love this restaurant.
