“Originally had the intention of going to another restaurant but booked the wrong date for our reservation; turned out being an incredible mistake which resulted in us dining at Flemings! Had a wonderful experience from the start with the hostesses being very welcoming and explaining their menu to us. We didn’t make reservations but I can’t say it always is this easy to get a table. Our server Richard (name on receipt) was amazing, he was timely, kind, and accurately took down our orders. The On Cloud 9 beverage tasted great and had quite a kick without tasting like alcohol. The crab cakes were a delicious appetizer. The steamed ginger Seabass tasted exquisite and had such complimenting flavors. My partner really enjoyed his filet and lobster entree. The macaroni and cheese had a very homemade baked feel to it (interpret it as you may) but I still found it to be very good. They have a menu of desserts and delicious after-meal drinks to choose from which I loved my latte. Would definitely recommend dining here especially if you are looking for a nice date-night dinner.“

“I recently hosted a client dinner at Barbacana with a party of 10 and they knocked it out of the park. Chef Christian Hernandez put together a great experience. Every course was well done and the wine pairings were spot on and reasonably priced. It felt like a true culinary experience, not just a client dinner. The service was equally impressive. The staff walked us through each course, explained the ingredients and pairings, and handled our larger group without missing a beat. Chef Hernandez has clearly spent time in Michelin starred kitchens, and that experience shows. It was a great evening for our team and our clients. We will definitely be back.“

“Yesterday, for my birthday, my husband took me to the Capital Grille on Sam Houston Parkway for lunch. Kristlyn Tumer served us. She was WONDERFUL. The food was great, the restaurant was warm and welcoming, but Kristlyn added the final touch. Until yesterday I had a different restaurant as my favorite restaurant in Houston, but yesterday’s experience made this place first in my heart. I had such a wonderful dining experience..“

“My husband and I prefer eating at home whenever possible, but we enjoy taking advantage of Houston Restaurant Weeks for a steak dinner at an incredible price. As usual, we went to three places and ordered filets at all three. Our food and general experience at The Capital Grille was by far the best. The staff was exceptional, and the steak was perfect. Incredibly, it was also the least expensive evening even with several cocktails. I don't know how Capital Grille did it, but they made the steaks at Del Frisco's and Brenner's on the Bayou seem sad by comparison. We will visit Capital Grille again even when it's not HRW. And next year during HRW, we will visit Capital Grille three times and cross the other places off our list.“

“My mom and I had the most amazing stay at The Houstonian Hotel, Club & Spa! We stayed in the Bush Suite and loved the historical touches and photos throughout the room, it made the experience feel so special. Every staff member we encountered was kind, welcoming, and attentive. Dinner at TRIBUTE was delicious, and even in-room dining was perfectly organized and allergy-conscious. We can’t wait to come back!“

“Just adopted our Lauren from here. The concept is really cool. You get to hang out with the cats while giving them treats and drinking coffee. You then get to take the cat you’re interested in home to see if they are a good fit. Cats are very well socialized with people due to the nature of this business and the establishment is very clean. A tip for anyone new who is visiting for the first time. There are 2 sections. One for the more active and playful cats and the other for the more introverted cats. Don’t be afraid to ask to see the other cats. Love this place and I highly recommend them if you are looking to adopt.“

“I loved Ciel, the staff was sooo amazing to me on my birthday, they were so kind and the food was great to me.
The only thing I’m kinda sad about is there was barely anyone and no dancers ( I wanted to see them dance ) but other than that I had a great time and I will be back soon :)“
