The first time I came to SaiGon Pho through the introduction of a friend of Tracy's, I was really impressed with the crowded space in the shop when Tracy entered. The coffee flavor here is strong, for coffee lovers like me.
According to the shop owner, the coffee here is 100% homemade and is sold in packages if anyone wants to brew it at home.
Tracy ordered a cup of iced milk coffee and seasalt for her husband. My husband doesn't drink coffee, but when he does, he drinks it all in one gulp 😂.
The only thing I don't like about the restaurant is that the waiting time is a bit long if you don't call in first.
Highly recommended this coffee shop!

Such a nice coffee spot. Relaxing vibe, classy Christmas music playing. But the bathrooms are really dirty... Yuck.

VERY BAD SERVICE
Today I am very upset and will probably NOT GO BACK AGAIN. KATY, the person who took my order, was very funny and had no charm...I ordered "a cup of salted coffee but no condensed milk and no sugar" (because the few times I ordered salted coffee without condensed milk, the other people would When asked "Is that for sugar?" I had to answer "no" so later I had to say that for brevity), KATY asked me, is that strange? I told you to order like that all the time. Then she turned to ask another girl, the other girl explained so she put it in the machine, then she told me "Tomorrow, don't say that so it's confusing, you have to say black coffee, no condensed milk, no sugar and salt." then people will understand", I suddenly asked "hey, if a customer orders salted coffee, what do you put in it"? KATY said "coffee, condensed milk and salt", so you said you sold me a cup of salted coffee without condensed milk, then I do it normally, just without condensed milk, so why is it so confusing? Katy felt uncomfortable and didn't pay. After giving me the order number, I turned to whisper to the girl next to me and then glanced at me. The story didn't stop there. When I received the new cup of coffee, they gave me a cup of black coffee NO ICE, then on top of the glass is 1 cup of salt... I asked, what did you give me? KATY said, "That's right, black coffee, no condensed milk, no sugar, no salt"... I started to feel uncomfortable and couldn't stand it anymore, so I returned the coffee. I was about to ask you to pay me, but I held back, "I told you that, but you clearly ordered a salted coffee, now in short, I'll make you a normal salted coffee and not need to put away the solid filet, that's all... Just ask if you're upset No, I sell but teach customers to say this and that way so that I can understand easily and in the end produce a cup of coffee like no other. My husband was waiting at the table, but he even saw and asked me that girl with a very annoyed and staring face... now I can't even drink a cup of coffee, I no longer dare to come, because I'm used to drinking it. It's already bitter, but coming to order like this is tiring... I don't understand why saying no condensed milk is so difficult to understand?
Needed to train customer service to employees.

The ribs are soft, thin, and rich in spices. Standard broken rice. The fish sauce is a bit bland for my taste.

waiting for 20 mins for a cup of coffee is just too much. I got 2 salted viet coffee and 2 banh mi thap cam (combination). There are like a couple slices of meat in the banh mi and i just can't. Probably the worst banh mi i have ever tried in houston. Sorry, it was my first time and also my last time.
Chill environment, bahn mi sandwich is delicious ?

NO PHO HERE!Isn’t that wild? Lol. There’s three entree options, and decent list of banh mi options. It’s basically a coffee / tea
