Hands down the best bún bò huế I’ve had. The quality and price are both incredible. I read a few comments about the staff, but they were nothing but accommodating during my visit. They may not be super talkative, but they’re attentive and helpful. If you’re craving authentic Vietnamese food, this is the place to go.

10.10.25 – Takeout Order Miscommunication
We called to order bánh ú, and the lady on the phone confirmed it would be set aside. When I arrived, the male server said it was sold out. I understand items can run out, but usually that’s clarified over the phone — especially when the order was confirmed.
What made it frustrating was the lack of apology or explanation. A simple acknowledgment of a mix-up or miscommunication would have been enough.
We’ve ordered from here over 30 times in the past eight months because the food is great. This review isn’t about food quality, but a reminder for the owner to ensure better communication and professionalism across staff, especially for phone orders.

They charged for extra vegetable ridiculous we order three pho and they gives vegetables like only for one person I visit server place and no one else charges for vegetables if you order more them one person
The old guy that that is giving out the orders is so rude. When i went to pick up the order the 1st time I asked for extra sauce because he just gave me one and it was 2 orders, and he gave me a nasty look and turned around and said something in his language to the lady. When I turned around to head towards the door I saw two of the customers that were eating looked at each other surprised.
Fast FWD to today, my co-worker went and she had an issue with the old man being rude also, he did not let her check her food and was not willing to sell her a bowl when he's supposed to provide one with the ORDER OF PHO.
I would not recommend that you guys visit this place AT ALL. Specially if he is the owner, because he should be providing excellent customer service if he wants to keep his clients.

It’s very unfortunate for me to have to say this because the food is actually very good. The service is not great, unless you are Vietnamese. The old man that works as a server brushed me off, but was really attentive to the other guests who were Vietnamese. My wife and I are Hispanic and we enjoyed our food but this establishment doesn’t care for any of their other customers that are not of their kind. Super unfortunate. Thought we had found a great place for pho, but we will not be coming back.
