I had an amazing experience at Salata! On Saturday, Gaby, Ingrid , and Stephanie went above and beyond to help me, which is why I came back on Sunday. The wonderful service continued with Gaby, Daniel , and Lidia, who also treated me kindly. Overall, the staff made both visits memorable, and I highly recommend this place!

I work in this mall and come to this location often and it seems like “Lydia” has a problem with her job. If she doesn’t like scooping vegetables into a bowl she needs to start applying elsewhere. Because her attitude today was ridiculous. And then just complained about it openly to my face to her coworker Stephanie in Spanish. This is Houston babe everyone knows Spanish so it’s no secret. Grow up and get a new job. Poor attitude, customer service, and attention to detail.

The perfect place to build a salad just like you want. Great selection of veggies and toppings along with meats. Booths are comfortable and staff is pleasant. You can't go wrong here, one of my favorite places for lunch.

I am very angry at the server who prepared our salad. She was short, round, black haired and was working there around 5pm today when we were there. She looked like she was in charge at the time we were there. She was very rude to my wife. My wife was trying to point out what she wanted in her salad and when the girl rudely told her to keep her hands behind the glass, with a very condescending tone. We did not point inside the glass, just at the top of the glass. She did not just say this one time, she said it many times to embarass in front of other customers. Pointing at the items we want from the top of the glass does not get anywhere near the food for her to have that kind of a rude reaction. If this is the way your servers treat customers, I'd rather make my own salad at home rather than spend $20 on a salad and be treated that way. This does not make me want to come back to Salata, because it gives me a bad experience that I don't want to repeat. I've been in the retail industry and know that this is not the way to treat customers and get customers to come back. You will lose business if she keeps that up. As a server you should be nice and happy and cheerful to make customers happy and get them to come back again and again. With that attitude you will definitely lose customers. Customers come in to relax and eat a meal and not to be rudely treated. There are many other restaurants in Houston that I can go to that won't cause stress.

Salad was greasy and tasty. Servers were nice. A regular salad was enough for my wife and I did lunch. They get you on up charges for meat and avocado.

Absolutely terrible. I came in for lunch on 11/21 got a small salad with chicken for 18.95. I got the salad for there but had a work call and had to leave within 5 minutes of sitting down. I asked the cashier for a to go box LBJ or something along those lines on his name tag. He refused to give me a to go box and said they are reserved for to go orders. If I’m not mistaken there’s no difference in price between a to go or a for here order so why can’t i have a box. My salad was too big to fit in the smaller boxes near the drink fountain. When i asked to speak to the manager she refused to speak to me and he came back and told me she can’t talk she’s on the phone. I was expected to throw nearly half my salad away when they could just give me a box that i paid for!
