First time trying Salata and super surprised by how great it was! Lots of choices and so easy to personalize it to your exact taste! For sure I will be back!

The vegetables were fresh, and I really enjoyed the kids' meal salad with falafel. It's a great size if you are hungry but do not want to stuff yourself. The price is reasonable and worthwhile. Friendly staff and a clean environment.
Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options such as falafel and beans. I recommend the falafel with some sauce on the side.
Dietary restrictions: They offer a large "build your own menu", just tell the employee about your allergies and they will point out to all the label next to the food.
Hygiene is important, especially when a worker uses the same pair of gloves for other tasks outside food station and doesn’t change it upon resuming to serving food orders.
Some staff are not bilingual, lacking comprehension in English, that result in confused orders/service.

Not a ton of seating inside, however, the mall food court has a ton of overflow capacity.

I ordered online and when I came in there were no other customers yet my food wasn’t made yet. I even had to prove that I had placed an order before they found my ticket. Which meant that they had not even started on my order yet and I stood there waiting as they skimped me on every item I ordered. I received morsels and crumbs of food. The portion was so small I could it did not even fill up a quarter of the box. I ordered two dressings and only got one. So unbelievably frustrating and terrible customer service response. And to top it all off, someone else went through the salata line after me and got their food before me and made significantly faster. I don’t know what kind of power trip the employee that was making my salad was on but the food that they make should not be subjected to how they’re feeling

This is the only Salata "branch" that still has the classic Salata design. The new design at other locations are bright white like an operating room with no color and the music is way too loud. The Mem City location has normal lights, full of natural colors and the music is less loud. I drive far just to be here. And of course you can never get bored of the food. The healthiest IMO with so many options to customize your bowl.
