Great place to get a good salad however, the customer service is awful. I’ve come to this location on several occasions and never have I experienced such rude service. Dani was making my salad and had a nasty look on her face the whole time as if she had better things to do than give proper customer service. She looked very frustrated with me and was very snappy while taking my order. When I got to the register she had to repeat the order 5 times to Anthony before he could get it right. I asked him if there were croutons in my bag and he snapped at me and said there right there ma’am then he refused to scan my app and told me it didn’t go through. When I checked out he refused to even say a simple thank you. If you don’t want to work in customer service and be courteous to your customers who are the reason you are employed, please find something better to do with your time that doesn’t include being professional.

This is ridiculous.I don’t know what happened since the last time I was there something change (the staff ..?) I spent $25 for small bowl and still don’t have any protein in my bowl they charge me extra for two portions of protein and still nothing He was putting nothing on my bawl no steak. So how much do I supposed to spend to have some meat on my salad ? ā€œ$50ā€? Then I better go to Papadux at this point

I used to love coming to this location. The last two times I have come the lady making my order barely spoke any English and started adding random food to my salad that I didn’t ask for. She then also only added a little bit of salad in the bowl and when I asked for more was very hesitant to add more in there.

this was my first time coming to Salata and I never ended up getting my food. I ordered for pick up because I was on my way to work so I just wanted to stop by and get my food rather than walk in and stand in line But I ended up being in the drive-through line for over 45 minutes. I’m pretty sure it was an hour. Three different associates came to the window over the span of me being there and kept asking me my name and then finally they say they can’t find my order when you should’ve told me that within the first 10 minutes. I understand not being able to find my order because I know things happens, but it’s the fact that you waited basically an hour to tell me that. I really was interested in trying this place. The food looks really But If you want to eat here go to a different location! Customer service is trash in my opinion. Y’all can keep that funky $14.

Haven’t been to Salata’s in years but I’m glad I took the recommendation of a friend. The salad was delicious, fresh and healthy. Will definitely be back and highly recommend.

To the owner, you will be getting 1 star even though the food, service and atmosphere were 5 stars. Why? Because I found out later and after the fact that your establishment overcharged me by $0.95! Factoring in sales tax of $.08 equals $1.03. Is this a one time mistake or are you doing this to all your customers? Making an extra buck off everyone can add up, but is this practice worth losing customers over it? I guess I should have paid more attention to the charges and receipt while I was there, but I shouldn't have to if I am entrusting you to provide great food at an honest price. I am providing photos to doccument the proof.

The food at Salata is AMAZING — truly top tier! It’s consistently fresh, flavorful, and never disappoints.
BUT the atmosphere can be a bit overstimulating. The space is always clean, which I appreciate, but the music is louder than I’d like — especially when I’m just trying to enjoy a salad and recharge during my lunch break. A slightly more relaxed vibe would make the experience perfect.
