I ordered a wrap through the app for pickup. They got my order all wrong. I ordered a cucumber wrap but got wheat instead. They missed a total of 11 ingredients! I would have been okay with one or two toppings missing, but eleven??! The wrap was so skimpy and the ingredients were loose inside the wrap. I was already on my way home when I realized all these and it was too late for me to return to the restaurant. I am VERY dissatisfied and unhappy with my experience in this particular location at the Med Center.

I ordered a "Harvest Salad"/plastic ware/croissant and a "Southwest Wrap"/plastic ware/croissant.The salad for my wife and the wrap for myself.I received two salads, one croissant, and one plastic ware.When I went in to pick-up my order it was told that my order is ready. I noticed thatthere was only one container in the bag, so I asked if the order was correct. They told me it was all there, so I told them that there should be two items in the bag. They checked the receipt and said, yes this is the wrap, we'll make you the salad that is missing.When I got back to the room, I opened the bag and found two salads, one croissant, and one set of plastic ware.I was hungry and I didn't want to wait another 30 minutes,(the time it would take me to get there and back) so I ate the salad and my wife ate her salad. Not sure what's going on at this location, but it's my 3rd time ordering from this particular location & I'm disappointed yet again.

My fourth time ordering ahead. Order won't be ready on time, you may have to wait 1-2 mins, which is no biggie for me but now I keep missing more and more toppings. First it was just one topping, okay maybe they were in a hurry, I can live without it, but today missing FOUR toppings. That makes a huge difference especially if I am paying almost $15. Salad was super yummy and everyone at this location is so kind and seem to love their job which makes it a fun and inviting place!However, the salad was insanely expensive... I got protein (+ extra protein) on it and it came to > $18I can go to chipotle next door for a $10 bowl which will be more filling too. Kind of disappointed by the pricing :(

It was just ok. The salad was good. I got mixed greens with grilled pesto chicken and my wife got romaine with grilled chicken. They were out of croutons and eggs then eggs suddenly appeared was excited about the tea on tap.....well there was no tea on tap, the server said the tap has never worked. Our only choices were Dr pepper, coke, Perrier and water. Not sure if it was because it was later in the afternoon or because they just didn't have time but it seemed like they didn't replenish many of the items I'm under the mindset of treat everyone as if it's their first time in your restaurant, dont just assume they know the process or menu. I'm visiting from out of state so it's no big deal.
