I have been visiting this Salata location quite often lately. They are always welcoming, there’s always enough personnel so the line doesn’t get backed up. A very clean and organized place, I really appreciate they keep the line clean, where you don’t see the food droppings around. Everything always looks fresh. They have enough sitting area, even a couple of tables outside. You can absolutely sit down and even work on your laptop while at lunch, it’s not one of those very loud places. This is in a shopping center, but parking is always available.

I love this place! I come waaay too often for their delicious and refreshing salads and their creamy tomato basil soup. Sooo good. Their mango dressing is perfectly balanced and the portions sizes are great. All the employees are so nice too!

I usually love going to Salata, but going to this one was rough. From the start things did not go right. They could not follow the directions of the type of lettuce I wanted, the veggies, the fruit, and the dressing. I did not have a complicated order and I had to keep correcting them over and over. It wasn't just one person it was all four of the staff. I do not have an accent and I was very slow and clear of what I wanted. This was a headache. My usual Salata restaurant I go to does not have this problem. I don't know what needs to happen but something needs to change.

The cashier came all the way over and decided to make my food and he under portioned everything. He took over from the lady who normally fixes my food and decided to under portion everything. Normally I get the proper portions from the ladies that normally fix my food but this guy just rudely took over. I normally have good service at this place but today was the worst and I probably won't come back to this location which is the location I visit every Sunday over the past 5 years.

I went into Salata tonight wanted a good fresh salad for dinner got a regular size salad with seafood and chicken they charged me $29 . Which I was ok because I usually get a salad thru be delicious and fresh. But I came home to eat it I had two long piece of black hair in my salad . I am not satisfied paid all that money thin hair in my food not good . Will not be back for a longggggggg while 🙃

Not good service not friendly at all. Almost 6 pm on a Monday. Then on top of that they fixed my salad to go when I have never had a salad to go. I requested to dine in and the server said say "please" I said no please for bad attitude from the staff. Please for what.

This was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The staff at Salata on Holcombe were shockingly rude from the moment I walked in. When I asked for extra dressing, they tried to charge me for it, which has never been a problem at any other location. But the worst part? The food tasted absolutely disgusting—so bad that I literally lost my voice and almost choked while eating it! When I went to the staff, visibly struggling and clearly upset, they showed zero concern. They refused to take the salad back or replace it with something edible. It was like they didn’t care at all that I could’ve seriously choked on their food. The lack of care and basic customer service was infuriating. This place is an absolute joke, and I will never step foot in there again. Stay away.
Awesome place reminds me of a salads and more but less soups. Build your own Salas place, not much to see everyone should know what a salad looks like.

This use to be my favorite location but today when I made an order the lady was rude and forgot to put my salad dressing on the side so I didn’t have ANY salad dressing. I had to go back in and then she had an attitude again! So irritated with them. Everything else was great. It was clean as always and everyone else appeared to be friendly and nice.
