Absolutely loved this spot—the food looks as good as it tastes!
The loaded hot dog was packed with flavor, and the fresh sides made the whole meal feel satisfying without being too heavy.
Great place for a quick bite, casual hangout, and some seriously Instagram-worthy food.

Based on great reviews, I wanted to try this place. So disappointed. 1:15 pm on a weekday and they were out of 2 of the sandwich options - chicken salad and tuna salad. Beverage options were also limited, so we left without ordering.
Based on the menu, it seems like full Vietnamese meals are more of what they offer. This shop is inside an office complex with many offices for lease.

I’ve been here 3x. I like this place but the price and quality are inconsistent. The first sandwich was $6. The same sandwich was $9 the second visit and was not as good. He served moldy bread the 3rd visit (it was just a little bit but still). Service was ok. Not friendly like other reviews mentioned but could be because of language barrier.

So good ! 1 guy was taking orders and making them. Great customer service regardless of how busy he was, and the ramen was great !

Don’t judge this place until you’ve tried it. The atmosphere might not be fancy, but the customer service — and most importantly, the food — are among the best you’ll find in the Houston area. So go ahead, come out and give it a try — you might just find your new favorite spot!

I was reading reviews here and decided to try it for myself. Indeed it's a hole in the wall that's inside the building 505 on the bottom floor.. Owner was nice and friendly. Had the beef banh mi and the grilled beef vermicelli for lunch. They both tasted great. Will definitely come back here again!

Exceptionally fresh Banh Mi and spring rolls, paired with fast, friendly service and unbeatable prices. This spot has become my go-to whenever I’m working in the area. The owner is hands-on and clearly takes pride in both the food and the experience—highly recommended! Pleasant welcoming quiet atmosphere.

Food was very tasty though and everything tasted very fresh. Would very much go again! Has the Beef Bahn Mi & Spring rolls.

Beef Mahn MI was fantastic and the Spring rolls were a great size and everything tasted very fresh.

Service was slow but considering the rush of people and only two workers (I think they might be the owners) I will let that slide.

I was staying at the Hyatt nearby and walked over for lunch. The spring rolls and beef bahn me were SO TASTY!! I even brought extra from my salad home. Super small hole in the wall kinda place, the owners were welcoming. Everything is cooked to order so don’t expect a fast takeaway. Would definitely come back!!

Staying at Hyatt hotel for business. I LOVED my lunch here today. The nicest couple run this little place. It is in the 505 office building with no signage inside or out. When you walk in main entrance go straight back and it is on the right. I got the chicken fried rice and it was the best I've river had. I'm from New York and have ate a lot of fried rice in my 61 years. I usually put soy sauce on it but not one drop on this. Rice was light and flavor full and you can see him cook your chicken fresh and add it. I watched her spread freash green onion slices on the finished plate. Also, I got the egg rolls, and these are not off the food service truck. I hate that tips are asked for at time of purchase so I go light with that but added 10 dollars to the jar as well today! My huge portion, egg rolls, and Thia iced tea before tip less than 25 dollars and of course have I left overs. Great mom and pop spot. There name on Google does them a disservice as they are more than just a sandwich shop.
