Been going here for a while and his yet to miss once. I always get the meat and chicken plate and it will never disappoint. If you just want a plate of food that will last you all day, go here. It does suck that it is in willowbrook mall and doesn’t really have any other places nearby but it is worth the 10+ minute wait. Service is great, they will always ask if you want extra sauce and it is always a must to say yes.

Today July 11th, 2025 my order was for 2pm arrive to my office. I order for the first time in this store with DoorDash and I asked for chicken teriyaki with noodles and extra chicken. But when I brought home the plate to serve my son and I have one piece of chicken it was ok but a lot of burnt chicken so I saw something looks like a onion and I look deeper and it looks round with imprint on the label shape. Definitely is a label from something that came from the restaurant. One thing that I got so mad is that was for my son and I can’t imagine if my son swallowed this label and not knowing. DD doesn’t understand how poor the whole Houston here the restaurant so careless and honestly we have to cooked our own foods to be clean and no issues. But sometimes we just want to try new foods. But definitely I’m not gonna order any foods from this restaurant ever. If you all order foods from this location is under your own risk I’m going to go for health department with this because my son is lucky didn’t get him to eat because I need to making a

They don't deserve any stars. The people who work there are horrible. I especially can't stand Theresa and the 2 same guys who cook the food. Every time I go, they always mess up my husband's food. I have complained on them, and they didn't take my complaint seriously which is bs. Those 3 don't deserve to work there period. I only go there for my husband. If it wasn't for him, I wouldn't go at all. Make sure y'all watch your food when they're cooking it.

Absolutely abysmal service by people who obviously hate their job and make it your problem.

Worst customer service ever. Needs extreme attention to hospitality and professionalism.
