We love Sarku, anywhere, just love it. It's in the mall food court, the service is fast, even thought they cook it right in front of you, fast and fresh! The atmosphere is the mall food court, not the most desirable but it's worth the great food.Vegetarian options: I'm not a looney vegan, but they have great steamed vegetables, I always eat vegetables with my murdered meat and I eat meat three times day. Sometimes we even kill it ourselves!Parking: It's the mall, more parking than shops.Kid-friendliness: Great place for kids to run around and play and scream the heads off. Or at least that's what I see them doing there.Wheelchair accessibility: It's the mall, totally accessable with ramps, large doors and elevators everywhere.

I ordered chicken terriyaki with vegetables and fried rice. Charged me 50 cents extra for fried rice so sure she got the order right. I got steamed rice and chicken no vegetables or fried rice. When i said the server i order fried rice and vegetables he said thats it. He lied to me that vegetables are underneath the chicken well its just rice and chicken!

I decided to have lunch here again. I ordered a plate with only shrimp rice and vegetables, expecting a fresh and satisfying meal. However, I was shocked to discover that the shrimp were not real, but fake imitations.They had a seam on each of them, as if they were molded from a plastic toy. The vegetables were also disappointing: just some cooked cabbage and a carrot slice, both of which were spoiled..Terrible experience! I will never come back here again

First time here and love this place. We ordered teriyaki chicken and shrimp, and added extra sauce, it’s very good size and tastes great.
I ordered Teriyaki beef and fried gyoza/dumplings. First time ordering and will NEVER order from here again. It tasted horrible and was low quality food. I took a few bites and threw it away.

The chicken bento box was the worst bento box I’ve ever had. It was worse than any mall food I’ve ever had. Literally the dumplings were just dumped in the ginger strands and juice (not ginger dressing). The “salad” was chopped cabbage, carrots and broccoli from the grill. There was no nice, cold (or room temp) salad. The chicken was cooked raw, and I couldn’t even finish my food. I worry that the “sushi” gave me salmonella along with the raw chicken. DO NOT EAT HERE! The attitudes are not the nicest either.
