It was the best when the Japanese chef was there—I really miss the old Sasaki. It used to be my favorite restaurant… By the way, didn’t you mention that the Japanese chef retired due to an injury? After visiting Sasaki recently, I heard that the chef is now working at another sushi restaurant in Houston.
