Ricardo was extremely rude and lacking understanding of the situation. For the fact we ordered through UberEats and was missing an item. Oh and don’t call the store no one answers by the way. But back to Ricardo lack of assistance and rudeness. He wanted to argue that they put it in the bag but how when everything else was in it but the items we were there for didn’t arrive. Like make sense of it why would we waste time coming to the place when we had it delivered🤔. Like we in 2025 we have better things n bigger things to worry about. But a meal we paid for and didn’t receive and not only that he told us to take it up with uber. We done all that already and that’s why we are here looking for our meal. Oh and still had to pay for it AGAIN!!!!! Would I ever recommend never. Especially with Ricardo working there. And to all those who love the food make sure you double check when he’s there.

Ricardo and this team will get you going in and out real fast. I have never had a bad meal from here or my order wrong and I order from here, at least every other week. He is always offering a smile at the counter and never seems to be overwhelmed or disgruntled about anything. When I know i'm in a rush, I pull up here. This is my favorite schlotskys.

Please fix your drink machine. I'm tired of ordering drinks and getting something undrinkable. The carbonation and syrup need to be adjusted. It's an easy fix, and you have to know your drinks taste terrible.

My Fiancé and I enjoyed lunch, and our sandwiches were delicious 😋!!! At the time we were there, they didn't have a working soda fountain working... small inconvenience.
Love love love the Beef Bacon Smokecheesy sandwich! The combination of the thinly sliced beef, crispy bacon, sauce, and their spongy bread was FANTASTIC!

On yesterday 12/14/2024 my mom and i stopped for our usual turkey sandwiches while we shop at the near by Target. Mind you we have been eating at this location since i was in middle school. I’m not sure what happen on yesterday but it has us now in the urgent care for food poisoning. The only meal we had yesterday and has ruined our taste for this location. As we were eating we noticed the sandwich had a weird smell and taste. We stopped second bite and began to throw up from that point on. You can smell how sour the sandwich was coming back up. A prior visit i noticed the meat sitting out but didn’t think much of it. I hope this location hire some people who actual know proper food handling … me working for the city this was not a great look. I plan to try again soon hoping it was just a bad day.

You can't beat the regular original sandwich it's amazing. If you want to try something different, their pepperoni little pizzas are pretty good too. They have a nice chip selection. I like to get the cracked pepper. You can get a Cinnabon for dessert or leave it for the next day for breakfast.
