Ordered a salad and grilled cheese sandwich. The salad tasted terrible as it was full of rotten lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumbers. The salad dressing was incorrect. The grilled cheese was not a grilled cheese sandwich but a club sandwich. I can see why this place is usually empty.

This location SUCKS! I come here often- the front door is locked at 7:32pm even though they close at 9pm, nobody answers the phone if you want to call your order in, the only way you get service is if you go through the drive thru. And even that is sketchy.

Ordered a Frech dip, which allegedly comes with 2 cheeses... ummm I most certainly didn't see or taste the cheese, not to mention the lack of meat. Speaking of meat, ut was super dry and tasteless. I dipped it in the auju sauce which tasted even worse. The only good thing here was the sweet cashier that took care of us. Perfect waste of $42 for 2 sandwiches. Will not be returning.

I’ve tried giving this place many tries and have even tried chalking it up to them hiring young people who don’t know anything about customer service but this is just unacceptable. Don’t come here unless you enjoy feeling like you’re bothering the staff for even being there.

Schlotzsky's is my go to place whenever I need a quick and cheap bite that doesn't sacrafice quality. But this Schlotzky's in particular outperforms every single one in the Houston area.
Stepping aside from the food, the service was amazing. If you really want the best experience, make sure Parker, Rylan, and Nayel are working. Whenever the specific drink I wanted was out of stock, they refilled it within 1 minute and with a smile on their face? No cinammon roll? Just ask and they'll be happy to make you a fresh batch.
The place was clean, bathrooms were amazing, and you can really tell that the owners care about making this particular Schlotzky's the best experience for customers.
11/10, would recommend, coming back every week.
