On 1/25/2004, I spent $44.66 at this location and didn't receive my entire order. I added to my order by making it a meal which should have included a drink and salad dressing for the salad that I added. I didn't receive the drink or the salad dressing, but I didn't know it when the food was received because I had my daughter pick our food up. When I called the store I was told I could bring all of the food back so they could verify what I was saying was the truth ( because I guess I would lie about a drink and salad dressing), which would've been super inconvenient. He seemed to be extremely rushed because he then hung up in my face. He did say he would take a look at my order online, however, this was a lie because he didn't even get my name or receipt number before hanging up in my face. I will never spend money at this place again because of the super rude customer service. I'm actually more upset about the phone being hung up in my face than not receiving the items.

Today 8/10 I ordered through the drive through. Very simple order. Turkey Avacado sandwich with jalapeño chips and a chocolate chip cookie. She called my order back to me which lead me to believe she got it correct! All was good. Pulled up paid for my order..later received my order to find out the cookie wasn’t in the bag. I told her I was missing my cookie and she proceeds to say that she didn’t ring me up for the cookie?!!!!! I was confused as to why when I ordered it and she acknowledged that by repeating my order!!!!! But hey,no biggie. It wasn’t that deep..I pull off and go home. I get home to a sandwich that was not what I ordered. I am pissed! How is it that at 3pm with no line inside or out can you be so incompetent with such a simple order?! I don’t write reviews but it has happened far too many times and I have overlooked far too many mistakes from this location. DO BETTER!!!

The food was good, but they seemed a little understaffed. I'm not sure if it was just that day or if it's always like that. I've only gone once to this location. Overall, the food was good, the employees were nice, and the place was clean.

I ordered extra black olives on sandwich and did not get that. Ordered extra olives on side. 2 small container. Paid 50 cents extra for each container. neither one was a full container. If you pay extra for something you should at least get what you paid for. Full container.

There is only one problem with this place and that’s that their food is too good! I want to say kudos to the lady at the window who seemed a little older (salt and peppery hair) she was the sweetest. I work over at Bocca near yall and I usually get to this side of town too late and never am able to stop in or when I do the store is closed. But man that chicken bacon ranch calzone was FIRE! Y’all made that with love I swear.

Yesterday night I went to get a Cinnabon and they said they were out and it would be 20 minutes. Came back in ten minutes and they said they were out of Cinnabons come tomorrow. Came today in the middle of the day at 3:50 pm they said we don't have any Cinnabons. So I drove to the window and asked why not? The young man at the window says we have 4 but we keep them for online orders. The management team needs to seriously reevaluate the workers at this location. They are losing the company money and the customer Service as well as service period is not up to standards.

Ordered a Cinnabon, it was hard and dry. Not fresh at all. Definitely over heated in a microwave oven, not worth the $6.

We enjoy coming to this location and going through the drive through. They have a wide variety of sandwiches and we love getting the half sandwich and a cup of soup option. They also have different size sandwiches you can choose from and most of the time you'll have some left over.

On Wednesdays make sure to get their BOGO free pizzas! They have five different options to choose from. We decided to go with the pepperoni and veggie supreme! I placed my order online to pick up at the drive-thru at this location. When I got home, I realized that there was a mix-up with my order but I called Schlotzsky's and they were able to get things right promptly. Great customer service! I believe the person that helped me out was named Olo. Thank you for the good service. I will be back another time!
