I stopped this morning at the drive thru and ordered me a kolache and a donut and asked for an iced coffee to which the lady at the window responded “the machine is broken” so I asked for one of the advertised drinks on the window and she replied “don’t you understand the machine is broken” I then asked “do you have any chocolate milk?” She replied “omg apple juice or orange juice what do you want?”so I got me an orange juice and made my way. I have always enjoyed Shipley Do-Nuts when my coworkers would bring them to the office but today I was the one to surprise everyone with them. My first time ordering all types and flavors was fun because the manager was perfect for my silly questions or concerns. Amber was all of the southern hospitality a customer wants. Plus her knowledge of the products was perfect for the choices because not one Do-Nut was uneaten. Thank you Amber. It was a success.
