I ordered fresh donuts, I assumed they had some fresh ones because it was early in the morning. But I was wrong, the lady at the window gave me a hot box, honestly I told myself that they were fresh donuts because of the feeling of heat, I got home and the donuts hardened and all the icing got stunk in the paper. I guess the lady heated them in the microwave for so long and that's why the donuts hardened

I ordered 2 boudin kolaches and 2 glaze donuts, the lady working the windows had a ugly attitude n gave me only 1 donut with my order. Plus the boudin kolaches had cheese in them, absolutely disgusting. Will never go back to that location again

Lourdez is great she goes far and beyond for the customers definitely recommend this Shipleys. Another thing i want to add is that the girl in the register needs better training definitely didn’t feel as she’s a fit for attending customers in the checkout. She spoke to me as if she was my friend no professionalism.

Hardly have fresh glazed donuts and this was the second time I came and no glazed was available at the moment and it took 6 minutes after I asked just for coffee, I end up leaving with no coffee.. will dispute my $3.24 coffee that I never get and will never go back to this bad vibes early morning drive thru to this ever.
