24 hrs prior we called in for an order going to a funeral. We arrived, no order was waiting, had to settle for cold Glazed donuts and luke warm Kolaches. The lady who helped us wasn't very friendly and shrugged off the inconvenience.

This Shipley’s May be the best in the area! I come here very seldom, but the service is always top notch. The ladies who helped me this morning were very kind, professional and helpful. I requested a sausage and cheese kolache and one glazed donut (hot). Instead of telling me the donuts are hot, like most Shipley’s do, the ladies informed me that they were not hot, but warm and set my expectations for what I was receiving. I was ok with that.
