Service is always horrible, my husband just went in today and he was about to ask if there was a certain donut with glaze and she immediately cut him off and said no, Sorry but if you don’t like your job please don’t ruin it for others. The owner she has provided good service but not the others.

We've only had their glazed Donuts and small cups of coffee and the Donuts are wonderfully tasty warm and delicious, just like you want them to be. I don't care for them preparing my coffee for me when I ask for coffee and creamers as was done on one occasion without an explanation and we found out after leaving the drive through. I will still be a customer and recommend them to others.

The workers there are the worst! They all need to be fired! I was handed my food didn’t even say thank you. And I was going to place a different order but before I could even say anything she walked away. I honked multiple times and she never came back to the window. Mind u the lobby was closed. The register lady was Sandy! Stay home if ur going to be rude to customers that pay ur salary.

The Hispanic lady (Reyna) at the register is always rude. She doesn’t greet the black customers when they walk in but when a Hispanic customer walks in she smiling from ear to ear. She needs to work on her customer service skills. She has an attitude when I order. She makes me want to drive across town to another location because I just don’t like dealing with her.

I always come here for a salte caramel cold brew and everytime i tell the lady she looks at me like “what? what is that” and 2 second later she’s like not they don’t have it. i don’t even think she knows what im talking about. and they clearly did have it. i got home and ORDERED ON DOORDASH cause thats how bad i wanted one. I understand, sometimes they may not have things but it’s been so constant that it’s like ok are we serious? It should never have to take this for me to get. a cold brew.

This is by far the worst Shipleys location and it’s a shame because it’s by my house. My brother went here today for his birthday and order two kolache’s and two donuts. When he got home, he realized they had only given him one kolache. So he drove back to get the other as one would. Upon arrival, he was told that they will not be giving him anything and that he paid 6.50 for one kolache. Who would lie to get one kolache? The fact they would do this on a normal day is pitiful, but the fact they did it on his birthday… I will be contacting corporate. And I will let everyone in my family and friends circles know to never come to this location again. Terrible staff.

This shop is honestly 0/10 they reheat donuts in a microwave and hand them out in the drive thru as if they’re fresh early in the morning when they should be fresh as if you wouldn’t know it’s weird and they shouldn’t be open doing that
