I always come here for a salte caramel cold brew and everytime i tell the lady she looks at me like “what? what is that” and 2 second later she’s like not they don’t have it. i don’t even think she knows what im talking about. and they clearly did have it. i got home and ORDERED ON DOORDASH cause thats how bad i wanted one. I understand, sometimes they may not have things but it’s been so constant that it’s like ok are we serious? It should never have to take this for me to get. a cold brew.

This is by far the worst Shipleys location and it’s a shame because it’s by my house. My brother went here today for his birthday and order two kolache’s and two donuts. When he got home, he realized they had only given him one kolache. So he drove back to get the other as one would. Upon arrival, he was told that they will not be giving him anything and that he paid 6.50 for one kolache. Who would lie to get one kolache? The fact they would do this on a normal day is pitiful, but the fact they did it on his birthday… I will be contacting corporate. And I will let everyone in my family and friends circles know to never come to this location again. Terrible staff.

I always go to this location before my 6AM shift. Donuts are never warm no matter what time you go. Staff are extremely rude. I tried the location on South post oak to see If I would get the same results and No their donuts were warm. Cancel and shut this location down. I will also like to add I stop by yesterday at 6:30 to get the apple fritter bites and the lady looked irritated and advised out the window that they didn’t have those.

This location always has great service and fresh donuts and koloches.
If I could leave no stars for this location I would. The donuts are NEVER hot! Every single time I have gotten my order from them, no matter what time I go, the donuts are never hot and fresh. Close this location down or get a crew that can have the donuts fresh and hot upon ordering. Especially in the early a.m. This will be my last time EVER ordering from this location. Despicable.
