This is my 3rd attempt this morning to get 2 apple fritters and 3 glazed doughnuts. I drove to 3 locations this morning, it's now 5:45am. Not a single location of the 3 locations was able to fulfill my order. As I stated in my review at the previous location, I'm a lifelong customer but today may have just lost me as a customer. I drove to 3 separate locations and 3 times they didn't have what I asked for. This is truly disappointing.

We came to get donuts in the drive threw and this hispanic lady with small gold hoops cooper hair had a ugly attitude it affected my day cause I was having a amazing day do not recommend this shipleys? (also they don't have a menu in the drive threw)

The staff always exceed my expectations and make my visit a delectational and therapeutic experience. They should be cloned 10,000 times and placed in all of the donut distribution centers!
I can understand why the "blonde" hispanic lady might always have an attitude or acts like she doesn't care. It seems like she's always alone for the whole shop. It's so unfortunate that management won't get more staff and they should definitely get more employees, mainly because just one person can not perform drive-through, baking, cleaning, cashier and walk-in alone. Also donuts are NOT fresh, they or most likely she just makes donuts in the morning and they have to last all day long, and if they are out of a specific donut they will be out for the rest of the day. And that's the importance of having more than one person because, yes, management can not expect one worker to do every position on her own. that's overwork . Also, she handles money and then hands you food without washing her hands. She definitely doesn't care at this point, and I can see why.
