I probably would give 0 stars if I could. We consistently stop by this location for Sunday donuts so we decided to use them for a large breakfast event. Because we planned on spending so much money and ordering so many donuts, we were very diligent with calling ahead to place the order. However, we called multiple times and were hung up on at least 5 times. They just kept saying “no manager” and then they would hang up. Incredibly unprofessional and extremely rude. We didn’t even get to place the order. We actually had heard from a few friends that this location is under new management and has been horrible ever since. I’m assuming the previous reviews with higher stars are from the old management.
Needless to say, we will stop going. We ended up calling the Shipley’s in Cypress on Northwest Freeway (near the Lowes). They immediately answered and took our order. I would recommend going to the Northwest Freeway location and not even bothering with this Huffmiester location.

Ok, so the food here is always on point. It's hot and fresh, however, I arrived at about 5:45 am and there was very few options to choose from at this location. Basically fresh and warm glazed donuts, yumm! And Kolaches. 🤷 Other locations have much more to choose from at this time of the morning. This will influence whether I visit this location again. The other locations I frequent have not had this issue. Hopefully this location will hear this and go better in the future.

The staff is atmosphere so 1 star it was! Cashier lady was rude. In a hurry to get rid of me and no1 was behind me. The ham and cheese kolache tasted old, dried ham and hardly any cheese!!! So it was definitely dry mouth after eating it. Very disappointed because they had just ran out of ham and cheese and it wasn't even 11am yet. She wasn't friendly. Her customer service was not pleasant. I even asked if she was going to have more ham and cheese kolaches later today, and she said no. But why not?! Yall close at 3pm!! Today is Sunday Sept. 7 that gives you an idea who she was at the window. She needs training in customer service. I am a happy person and she did not have a good ora.

The cashier was incredibly rude. He kept adding extra charges without any explanation or valid reason. When I pointed out that this behavior was completely unacceptable, he just mumbled something under his breath instead of addressing the issue properly. Honestly, the whole interaction was frustrating and unprofessional.
