Weng's Express Asian Cuisine offers good value overall, with an interior and food that have improved over the years. The setting is simple, with no figures of dragons or aquarium of goldfishes. Plentiful food that tasted good is available, along with a drive-up window for takeout. The General Tso and Sweet & Sour Chicken meals with Fried Rice were very good, with VERY generous portions. The Crab Rangoon was huge, with fresh filling. The Orange Chicken with fried rice was yummy, with balanced flavor and texture. The AYCE option includes good sushi and a solid seafood combo for the $32 price point, though the sauce on sashimi was a bit sweet. The General Tso chicken takeaway was delicious, crispy, and flavorful, with a satisfying portion size. The Hunan chicken spicy from Uber Eats was super delicious with the right amount of spice. Portions are good and big, leaving leftovers or a full stomach.
