Good coffee
Chocolate croissant was nice. They change their menu according to the season so those stacked looking pastry things you see in the reviews are not there now (typing this February 7th.)
The mocha latte was not hot, but barely like warm and lacked a true mocha-flavor. (The chocolate needed to be way stronger. It tasted more like black coffee than a mocha??) I recommend the establishment work on their drink menu.

Drove 45 minutes from Sugar Land just to grab a coffee, arrived with about 25 minutes left before closing, and was told they had already cleaned the coffee machine and wouldn’t make any coffee. I explained that they were still open and that I had driven a long way, but the answer was still no. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service for a place that’s technically still open.
This is a place to go to get some third wave coffee for the coffee's sake. I think they don't do any sweeteners besides simply syrup. They do have oat milk. Definitely in the top five Houston shops in terms of actual coffee quality.

Wonderful & chill little spot with some really excellent and funky specialty coffee options. Parked here for a few hours and enjoyed two diverse and delicious cups. If you're new to specialty coffee and wondering how a cup of coffee could be worth $10+, just be adventurous, dive in, and trust the recommendations of the friendly and helpful staff.

Only for extreme coffee enthusiasts. Indonesian espresso/black coffee was good. Menu is confusing and they don’t do any add ons. Service was also not good, they don’t seem to enjoy explaining their menu. I love matcha but their Kagoshima matcha tasted like milk.

This is one of my favorite specialty coffee spots in Texas. The baristas (Eric and Nick) are top notch, the coffee selections are great. I've had a handful of memorable espressos at Simply Coffee. All of the desserts are great, notably the espresso Basque cheesecake or the plain Basque cheesecake, which was better than any I had in Barcelona.

The best specialty coffee I had, ever. Tried hundreds of coffees all around US & the world. I genuinely enjoy this place.
If you just like great coffee (European quality) try the single origins.
If you like sugar in your drinks, go to Starbucks. This place is not for you.
