Incredible quality of absolutely everything. At first, I was shocked they didn’t have any additives (no sugar or syrups) to add to their drinks— but now I get it. The quality of what they serve is so good, you won’t need any. That being said, it’s definitely not your average coffee shop—more for specialty single origins and unique offerings. The uji matcha is the absolute best and it’s the only matcha I’ll drink with no sugar added. The place is nicely decorated with beautiful plants and the staff is extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for quality that is unmatched.

We found this coffee shop at random and are so glad we gave it a try. Beautiful, airy, relaxing atmosphere. And the service matches just that as well. Highly recommend. We do not live in Houston, but when we come back this is definitely a comeback spot for us.

The dutch drip has to be the smallest cup of coffee I've ever seen. So comically small that the barista handed me a straw that had been cut in half to accommodate the tiny cup size. The latte was just the same, slightly larger but still no bigger than my palm. The latte was also essentially just a cup of milk with the essence of coffee. The chocolate croissant was flavorful but greasy as could be. All around super disappointed with the visit. Only nice part was the lady who took our order.

Great small coffee shop and excellent service. Have been a couple of times and always enjoyed their coffee. If you want to chill there to work, study, or socialize, the place has a great atmosphere but seating is kind of limited when their super busy. Their drinks are straightforward and great quality, like what the place is called, "Simply Coffie", so I don't get it when someone complained about the lack of sweetness in their drink, if you want sweet drinks bring your own sweetener, or stick with McDonald's or Starbucks ?. Staffs are nice and most of the time managers or owners are there so quality control is there, all you have to do is ask if there's anything wrong and they will do their best to accommodate.
