El Tlacoyo Bigoton is a great place to grab a bite to eat, serving unique variations of favorites like elotes and central Mexico dishes. The food is fresh and delicious, with a focus on presentation and service. The restaurant offers a range of options, including sopes with spicy green salsa, gordita de al pastor, and cecina tacos. The menu also features tripe tacos, which are hard to find elsewhere. Customers have noted the remarkably good food and wonderful customer service every time they visit. The prices are super reasonable, making it perfect for a quick lunch stop or a meal after a night out. Don't forget to try the horchata and the spicy salsa, but be warned - it packs some heat! The clean environment adds to the experience, and many recommend coming back to support this small business.
