Wonderful coffee spot. This is my second visit and I will continue coming. The minute one walks in the door the smell of coffee is extremely delightful. The staff is very friendly and takes the time to explain the various blends. This is a place for serious coffee and tea drinkers. The pastries are delicious and pair well with the coffee and tea. The ambience is great; so relaxing and the music has a light touch of soft jazz. You can’t go wrong visiting this cozy spot!

My visit to simply coffee was a rollercoaster of disappointment and frustration. Imagine my astonishment when they flat-out refused to provide milk to paying customers! To top it off, the customer service was colder than an iceberg, and the menu offerings were about as exciting as watching paint dry. If you enjoy subpar experiences and being treated like a second-class citizen, then by all means, give this sorry excuse for a coffee shop a try.

I”found” this place today. It’s been Hereford several months. I came only first-sign it was good my favourite barista was there on his day off having coffee. The service is friendly and prompt. The coffee was very good, there is ample parking .

Simply Coffie has an amazing selection of single origin pour over and espresso options. If you appreciate a good quality brew then this place is the place to be. The staff were also super helpful in selecting a roast and bean to match my tastes. You know a place takes their coffees seriously when they have market price beans on their menu, but beware… it will burn a hole in your wallet.

The coffee quality at this coffee shop is incredible. Each of their coffees are high quality. All their coffees are meant to drink black or in a latte with no sweeteners. The service wasn’t reasonable. The cashier was talking like a coffee expert but when we told him that we like Vietnamese milk coffee and he recommended my husband the black watery coffee for $10. The thing is that when we told him we would like to add some milk he refused. He sounded like it would destroy their specialty. Y’all take too much proud of your coffee and you don’t care about customers need. People who come to your coffee shops are people who love coffee and KNOW their coffee preferences.

Love this coffee shop so much! You can definitely tell the owner spent time and energy on the design and the coffee bean they offer when you walk in. Every detail is so delicate and well-designed. They use beautiful bottles and even champaign glass for The coffee. Good tea, beautiful dessert, and friendly owner.Note: Parking lots is very limited, so make sure you carpool if you come in a group. They do iced pour overs!!!!! Greenest of all green flags. The cortado esp if you get what they recommend is AMAZING. I got one that tasted so buttery and almost savory. You can really taste the difference!

I've been coming here for the past couple of months and have not been disappointed. This is one of my favorite coffee spots in town that I wish I'd visit more often if it was on my daily commute. Quality and quick service and the owners definitely care about the product they are making. The only gripe is that I wish they had almond milk as an alternative. Besides that, 10/10.
