I love the comfortable seats and light here, but the drip coffee destroyed my stomach - on par with Starbucks. I believe it was the acidity, not sure if was over roasted or just had been sitting all day. I do enjoy a good drip but would not order it again from here.

I really like this place. It’s a great spot to study with food and good coffee drinks or teas. I’m really big on customer service and I will say that the customer service is great. I had an order mess up and they were able to fix the issue with no problem. The staff is very nice and welcoming but special thanks to Lawrence he really made my experience memorable

Lovely coffee and breakfast spot for our Houston travels. We had Americano and a Latte, both quite good. The service was friendly and quick. Nice atmosphere to hang out. We also had chicken waffles and the huevos rancheros both well done. Would go again. Probably tomorrow.Parking: Parking lot free.

Siphon is a ??In the world of few simple pleasures, Saturdays morning coffee from a neighborhood coffee shop is a joy that can’t be overlooked. We went to Siphon and parked down the street because the lot was popping, but inside was still a relaxing and not excessively busy of a shop. It has your standard coffee shop vibe with a decent amount of seating. It’s not too loud and has inside and out seating, I’d definitely come by to study here. The staff was super friendly and helpful with the menu, which seemed really cold that they even have an option where you can order a dealers choice. We got the the Cereal milk latte and the honey bee latte and both were solid hits ?. The barista recommended ordering a mix of the cereal milk and snickerdoodle and I will definitely do that, as we thought it would be too sweet, but the cereal latte was more subtle then expected (because we didn’t mix it up well). At the end of the day I really liked siphone and would totally recommend and go again, 10/10
