Chicken pesto sandwich and cali sandwich are delicious, as well as the slow poke latte and their matcha with cold foam. Outdoor seating has a great vibe, and the view of the park makes it feel a lot cozier. Park in the garage nearby and ask for parking validation (and a receipt for wifi) when ordering!

Came for lunch and coffee absolutely every one agree that the location and the seating are great plus the service i tried slowpoke salad was good but the coffee wasnt good at all maybe the iced sweet coffee are good but mine i ordered flat white was sour i didnt like it at all , Maybe i come again only for food which is not bad.

Tried the snickerdoodle a specialility of theirs honestly, nothing snickerdoodle about it. That said, the service and atmosphere were dope. Calm, quiet enough to read a book, enjoy a sandwich, sip drip coffee, and actually relax. Great spot for slowing down and unwinding. For the time I went before closing

Their incredible coffee menu always impresses, and my kids can't get enough of the Italian sodas. Plus, their seasonal drinks are absolutely delightful. The food is fantastic, their merchandise is irresistibly cute, and the staff makes every visit enjoyable.

Living nearby Slowpokes is a huge reason why my wife and I moved to the apartments we now live in. This coffee shop is one of the best in the city. The vibes are consistently relaxed and friendly, the service is always personable and kind, the coffee is always great. The shop strikes a great balance between aesthetic and cozy hipster interior. Slowpokes is truly the place to be.
I have especially appreciated the friendly conversation I’ve gotten to have with several of the baristas especially Glory and Darrian. They work hard and yet make time to chat with anyone. I always feel right at home at Slowpokes.

The girl taking my order was more interested in talking and catching up with a friend than taking our order. Ordered the ube latte. Flavor was non existent. Would not recommend for a coffee fix.
