Don’t bother ordering online it took longer. I got there before a couple and the employees were doing stuff. They didn’t bother acknowledging us so I decided to order on line . I got an acai bowl, the pb swizzle I asked for no strawberries on my bowl I took a seat and waited about 5min. There was another lady waiting for her smoothie and she corrected an employee saying she asked for no peanut butter. My problem is the employees are slow, they aren’t welcoming, and they can’t follow rules on a ticket waste of my money because the couple left with there two smoothies before me and my order was not even right

This location used to be the best in Houston. Saturday evening I ordered on the app for 8:15 pickup. I arrived at 8:15 and the had not even started with the 3 smoothies. The person making them finished about 8:35. Totally unacceptable. There was another staff member mopping the floor, she kept mopping around my feet. All she had to do was say excuse me and I would have move far from where she was mopping. But she didn't and I kept moving closer to the door.I believe there must be a new manager. Never had that poor of an experience at Meyerland.

Quarterly freebies like watermelon lemonade and power mealPumpkin. Perfect to set the stage for summer or fall. Go through the drive thru in Meyerland Plaza for a refreshing treat on a warm summer day.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING. Great customer service they were so nice. I GOT MY SMOOTHIE IN THE MATTER OF AT LEAST under 2 minutes. SO DELICIOUS. Would drink here again. It's was so pretty and colorful. This smoothie king is probably the best Smoothie King there is. Really recommend.

Slowest smoothie king in Houston.I’m leaving this review while waiting for my smoothie and I’ve been sitting in like for 25 minutes. What I thought would be a quick stop wasn’t. The worst. No apology or anything just a “Have a nice one, and slam of the window”. Next time I’ll go to Nektar!

This location is super inconvenient, they do not accept Apple Pay through the drive thru. I came about a week ago through the drive thru & they accepted Apple Pay. Not sure what changed from then and now! The manager didn't even try to accommodate. Every Smoothie King I go to accepts it but this location....

This place is garbage, don't waste your money here. The employees seem like they hate their job and purposely won't make the smoothies correctly. I carefully watched them take their time to get precise measurements on their most commonly bought smoothie. I feel like they intentionally messed mine up solely based on the pale color of my skin. Be warned that if your drink starts to liquify quickly, throw it out or get a refund.

This was my first time visiting Smoothie King. I went in to pick up a drink for a friend. Since I was there, I decided to try one myself. Today is Friday and one can level up from small to medium for $1.00 more. I also had yogurt added for 99 cent. I know that it's supposed to be an organic drink with no added sugar, but my taste buds desired something more flavorful! I think the price is too expensive for what I ended up with. It's a no go for me. I'll stick with regular milkshakes.
