Haven't been to La Madeleine's in many years but I was at the doctor's office and thought I'd stop by in meyerland. I got my old standby which was a Chicken Friand.The chicken was tender, covered in mushroom sauce, Stuffed in a puff pastry.Paired with French roast coffee.Parking: Parking is inside a shopping center that offers free parking
I only stop in for desserts, lol. I love the fruit tart and the lemon tart. This time, I purchased a lemon tart. It is cold, not overly sweet, and a bit tangy. My gripes are La Madeleine needs smaller to go boxes and bags. I'd also appreciate it if the cashiers should change gloves to handle food.
