Met with Corbin when ordering a large order, just downloaded the app and really didn’t know what I wanted initially. Corbin was very patient, friendly, and helpful. Great customer service. Definitely will come back if Corbin is here!

Missunderstood Missunderstood

I purchased two large smoothies and a large cup. I asked was it for hot and cold drink and it was the manager or team leader said yes but I got it and opened it up to find out that it's only for cold drinks. The cup cost $27.99 and I returned it and that what I got back for my refund but I didn't get the taxes I paid on it. I asked and he said that was all. I ordered a drink and I left. I want be returning do to information giving wrong and not all of my refund back.

They open at 6am and you're going to tell me your don't have fruit prepared to the bowl?? She said I would have to wait an hour for the bowl.. that's ridiculous. Don't plan to come to this smoothie king ever again and if I do it's with the head Wan Kim or some other ceo trust me I'll close another smoothie king down if I have to.

By far one of the worst Smoothie King experiences that I have ever had today. I enter Smoothie King and staff were helping one customer and then I was next. While I was placing my order the staff was distracted looking at other people coming in, proceeded to stop making my drink and prioritized other orders. While waiting I was asked if I was color blind.Customers were building up and the manager Anita was putting up a new menus on a board. I wanted to scream after 12 minutes of waiting alongside 7 or more other people. I posted pictures of how she she threw my two 32 ounce drinks in the bag and of course they spilled.I will have to go to another Smoothie King moving forward or support local shops.When I left there were 6 customers in line waiting still.

Waited 18 minutes for a smoothie, no one cared to apologize for the wait. Asked them to not add additional sweetener but they did. The lady wiped down my smoothie rim with a receipt from my order. Clueless lady serving me had just started shift at 11am at the Holcomb location.

As soon as you walk in , she doesnt say anything i understand one person working and telling me before i order yeah its going to be 20 min i have 6 smoothies to make i work in food service i know she was trying to deter me from ordering then proceeded to have an attitude when i said thats okay , very upset with this experience i will be at tropical smoothie

Dont waste your time .. Go to the one on Kirby instead .. 4 mins away .. This location is clearly understaffed and the staff they do have cant handle it .. No greet when you walk in either .. Spend your money elsewhere

The employees here deserve a raise. They were getting slammed but still served the customers with speed and accuracy. The drink was also wonderful. While the drive thru was wrapped around the building the inside wasn’t too bad.

MD Anderson patient. These shakes are amazingly good & are great if you have swallowing issues.Ordered Daily Warriortoday . Still a little sweet for mouth sores. Suggest ordering without Stevia. Michelle's the manager is great and knows what drinks to suggestf for cancer patients. Highly recommend!!

Horrible experience. First time at this location. There was only one person working, which I understand, there is a labor shortage so I was patient with the 10 minutes it took to take my order. I ordered the same thing I always get, she insisted she couldn't make that drink because it "wouldn't work." So I just ordered a chocolate activator with cinnamon. I asked for a 20-ounce. She charged me for the big one, I just paid so I would t hold up the growing line. After waiting another 10 plus minutes, she gives an airy, foamy artificially sweetened drink. I just threw it in the trash and left. Hate I bothered to leave a tip when I paid.
