This location is in violation of state and local law, which requires restaurants and eateries to provide customer access to restrooms. It does not meet either of the two exceptions to the law. So, despite the 5-star smoothie, which was delicious, they get only two stars based on flagrant violation of the law and mistreating customers.

The fruits were rotten and in open containers with fruit flies all over. The same fruit was poured in shakes. Despite mentioning to employees they didn’t pay attention and said we are supposed to that only. Since it’s a drive through, you can’t see what’s cooking inside. It’s a serious health hazard and should be closed immediately.

December 2023: purchased a modified strawberry extreme and a modified vegan mango - and I noticed several plywood pieces covering where windows used to be (!). Oh, no....when I asked the drive-thru attendant, they shared that afterhours someone broke in and took a smoothie and some chips. So much damage ?.So please give your patronage to the Westheimer and Montrose location ❤.

This location has horrible customer service and I will not be investing in it anymore. I literally had to ask for a straw for my smoothie! The window attendant forgot I was there and what I order after I paid. The manager Jalissa was absolutely rude when I questioned the messy appearance of my drink w/o offering to fix the problem. She present very nonchalant. Choose another location with better customer service.

I ordered the power punch plus and it tasted and looked completely different than how it usually does. I had them remake it, but even on the remake, it tasted like it had protein powder in it which I did not ask for. On my third time going through the drive thru they gave me a refund after I requested one, but this is my second bad experience at this location in the past two months. The smoothie king on holcombe has better tasting smoothies.

Worst smoothies I have tasted. They are water down and tasteless. I had the chocolate pb and my husband had the mango strawberry and he said the same thing. Tasted like watered down fake mango.

I live near this location and patronize this business 3-5 times per week. Recently, they have had an issue with the rewards being electronically deducted when paying through the app. My issue is regarding the lack of communication and the lack of effort to provide good customer service and resolve concerns.I have several rewards including the $2.00 rewards, $1.00 off, etc. I am aware that the $1.00 off coupon and $2.00 of coupon can be combined however, I was told that since there is a system error, they could not manually combine any coupons. The employee at the drive-thru called Jalisa, the manager, who confirmed that they could only apply the $1.00 off coupon. Also, during a visit they failed to communicate that rewards could not be deducted via electronic payment. I was charged full price for my order although I had my reward turned on in the app. When I received the receipt, I questioned the charge and the employee informed me that there was a system issue and rewards were not being deducted. He stated that it was too late since I had paid and he couldn't do anything about it. He stated that I should have told him before paying, as if I am suppose to know that their system was not functioning properly. It is unfortunate that there was no effort to resolve my concerns. I completed the survey and asked to be contacted however, no one has taken the time to do so.

This location is dangerous. They pile up their customers until we are lined up in the middle of the street. Passing cars try to hit you and honk non stop at the people waiting in line. You could be in line for a good 30 minutes before you get their frozen “powder”. They do not apologize for the wait they act like they don’t care about our safety this is ridiculous

It would have been five stars but tipflation is out of control at this business. Gave a big tip on the first order and forgot something so had to place a small second order. But there were no options for zero tip on counter service? Even the custom tip doesn't let you enter zero. Are you kidding me? Just charge customers more and pay your employees a fair wage! It's more transparent and fair for everyone.

I love smoothie king but these bitter people seem to come to ask them for money or a favor they are on the cellphone attending food I don't think it's healthy first and last time
