From the moment I pulled up to the drive-thru, the experience was off. No greeting, no welcome, just a blunt “go ahead with your order.” I brushed it off. When I got to the window, it was silent. No “hi,” no nothing. I paid for my drink and received it with zero communication or energy. I ordered a Nutty Super Grain, something I’ve gotten plenty of times from different locations, and it always tastes a little different. This one, though, was just bad. It tasted way too strong with apple juice overpowering and not drinkable for me. So I parked and walked inside, calmly and respectfully, to ask for it to be remade.
There was a Black male employee with locs working the counter. I approached him politely and asked if he could remake my drink. He looked at me with what felt like attitude and said, “What’s wrong with it?” I explained, nicely, “Y’all put a bit too much apple juice in here. Easy on the apple juice, please.” I was still calm, still using “please.” Instead of just handling the situation professionally, he rolled his eyes slightly and shook his head. It was subtle, but noticeable. At that point, I felt like I was bothering him for asking. So I said, “You don’t have to remake it if it’s an issue,” because clearly I was getting pushback for a simple request. He responded with, “I didn’t say anything,” and I replied, “You didn’t have to say anything. It’s your body language. You good?” That was the end of the exchange, but honestly, that interaction left a bad taste in my mouth! Worse than the drink. If this location is hiring people who clearly don’t want to be there or don’t have any basic customer service skills, at least don’t schedule them during peak hours or on the days I plan to visit. I don’t want to deal with attitudes, especially when I’m being respectful and patient. I’m not trying to argue or make someone’s day harder. But when I’m spending money, I expect a minimum level of professionalism and decent energy.
After that interaction, I didn’t even want to drink the remake. I started wondering if he spit in it. I didn’t see it being made, and with that kind of attitude, it’s hard not to think the worst. I shouldn't have to worry about that when all I wanted was a simple drink made properly. It wasn’t just the inside exchange either. The whole experience from start to finish was off. From the rude tone in the drive-thru speaker to the dead silence at the window to the attitude in-store. It’s not just one moment it’s a pattern, and that’s the problem. I’m not saying everyone has to smile and roll out the red carpet, but basic courtesy goes a long way. Especially in customer service. A simple greeting, a neutral tone, and handling a remake request without attitude would have made this a non-issue. Instead, I left feeling disrespected, frustrated, and honestly, concerned about the safety and quality of what I was served. That’s not okay.
I will be disputing the charge for this visit. I didn’t enjoy the drink, I didn’t feel safe consuming it after that experience, and the service was unacceptable.

The worst location I’ve ever visited. Took almost 10 minutes to place my order through drive through, then waited an additional 10 minutes to get my order. By that time the base of the smoothie bowl was like water and then I paid for extra banana, I did not get it. Oh and I tried calling, they NEVER answer the phone. Do not come to this location if you’re on lunch break. You will be late getting back
Whoever was working on 8/12/25 around 2:45-3:10 PM NEED A RAISE lol. Ran the whole building alone and efficiently with great service

I come to this location a few times a month and for the most part it's been fine. I order through the app and it's ready by the time I get there.
Unfortunately, last night I ordered my typical smoothie, the Activator strawberry banana and I got really sick with stomach cramps and diarrhea. It did have a strong coconut taste but I figured they added extra of it but half way I had my doubts. Something was likely spoiled or cross contaminated. I've never had such issues with a smoothie king as everything is usually fresh. Please check and date your juices to ensure quality. I did try to call to notify on the early morning and they did not answer and voicemail is full. Hopefully no one has this experience.

The app is incredibly frustrating—it always directs me to a Smoothie King that's six miles farther away instead of the one closest to my house. Despite placing dozens of orders to the nearby location, it consistently refuses to let me select it for pickup
Got an $11 high protein smoothie and it tasted like ice and water. Very very frustrating.....owner contacted me and I still haven't got a refund or no one has emailed me. Goto ones on Silber, Memorial, and Taylor. Way better locations
Jayden Harris was so rude to me at the window while taking my order. He told me the Apple Pay didn’t work at that location but I seen the car in front of me used tap to pay. I will never return to this location!
I’ve rediscovered smoothies again. They are delicious and convenient.

Every time I come here it’s something! The last time I came here I told him a medium he rings up a small. As he tells me my total I correct him and say I want a medium. He charges me a medium then proceeds to give me a small. I tell I ordered a medium he stares at me before taking the drink back. Okay he finally brings me what I ordered and it’s watered down!!! Anyway today I came at 6:55 AM I waited until 7:15 AM & I left. There was someone in there because it said open and all the lights were on. Yet no one took my order, the door was locked, I called as well and no one answered. Supper disappointed, I never have this issue with the smoothie king I usually go to… if yall don’t wanna make money (DON’T OPEN A BUSINESS)
