I can only comment on the vegetarian meals. I think these meals are of good quality and worth the $7 or $8 they cost. The ingredients are obviously fresh and they are filling/appropriately portioned. Some people complain that Snap Kitchen is expensive but as a meal prepped myself healthy, filling, and tasty meals that work for healthy eating take a lot of time and effort to cook so these are appropriately priced. I could cook my own meal for cheaper, sure but to have someone else...
If you are a single person and want ready meals that are generally healthy this is the spot to get them. You can order in. Advance and prepay, walk in and the bags are ready to pick up and leave.
